Got a faux fur spread for the sofa. Do you offer refunds? Of course we do...14 days... Got back within that time, tag still on then excuses started. We have a sign that doesn't allow refunds only store credit (welcome back to the 80's!) lie right in your face. Took me 25 mins to get it sorted with the store owner (first excuse was she is the only one that can handle refunds so I need to come again...). Eventually refund has been issued and yet... 48 hours later and no money back on account. Called them again, first thing they tell me I need to check it with my own bank (so easy to push it to someone else's lap) offered her a confirmation number she doesn't know what to do with it. Now she will "get back to me". I am putting my money no one gets back to me and I will have to resume chasing again. Exhausting, amateur hour if not deceitful... Not recommended.
