Slope is quite short. Social distancing is almost non existent

Friendly and decent place with clean facilities and plenty of parking. There are lots of nearby shops too that are good to visit after a tiring day at the dome.

Ice skating: this is the worst ice I have ever skated on, its uneven full of ruts and very unpredictable its so thin you can see the heater elements in places. Figure skaters were being allowed to practice spins and jumps during a public session which it dangerous. Also during the session they started the tractor up to move the snow on the tabbagon area which filled the air with fumes. I will never use it again. One star for the staff who very polite.

IV been snow dome now for three years.everyone there is great and a pleasure to talk to. It one big family and I would not go anywhere else now.

Amazing for ice skating would 100 percent recommend

Worst customer service ever!
I booked a 3hr ski lesson for the 26 Jan for my girlfriend. The class was overbooked with two groups of 10 people sharing a bit of the slope, so not much ski time. Her equipment was faulty which took a further 20 minutes out of her lesson to get sorted. The second part of the lesson was further up the slope and the instructor spent most of the time helping people use the rope lift. There was no post lesson brief. I complained by mail and was told someone would contact me, nobody did. Messaged again a week later and complained again, I was promised an ASAP response, again, nothing. I called and was told that someone would make contact, guess what, nothing. Avoid this place, inferior lessons and no customer service, go elsewhere.

We went to visit the annual Santa's Winter Wonderland with my young nieces and it was a magical time. Kids got to play in the snow, tobogan, use the sledges, watch a Christmas show with Santa and visit lots of animals including reindeer.

Great for the kids, parking is usually easy, the only snag is that you have to walk all the way around if you have a pram. Don't forget to wrap up warm for activities.

You cand find great ways of having fun and also a great gym with everything you need

I was in a group of 10 and got the fast track 1 lesson with Mike, Maggs and Kate. Really enjoyed myself and the instructors were amazing and helpful! Great, fun day out.

Loads of activities for kids and decent skiing for all

Very good multi activity place. 2 good cafes. there own is a dearer than the norm but good basic food. gets very busy at peak times.

Not very good value for money. We were staying nearby and thought we'd give it a go skiing, would have liked to have used the sauna and Ice rink also so as to make a day out of it but that would have been very expensive. It would have been good if there had been an option to buy a day pass to use all the facilities or at least a discount for booking multiple things.

The slopes are okay, a little icey in patches, not very interesting (just one big slope) and hard to navigate around all the learners and instructors.

A good place if you want to learn to ski or brush up before a holiday, but far too expensive) not very interesting for recreational use.

Also, paying for parking and lockers is a cheek considering the entrance fee.

Loved it staff were engaging and the climbing was really great fun.

We went here for a friend's birthday. We all enjoyed the tobogganing, despite the attendants not always paying attention.. Would definitely go back though

Completed the adult learn to ski in a day with Rachael R. Loved it! She was so friendly and broke everything down. At the end she really tested the skills we had learnt throughout the day. I'd recommend her to anyone. Learnt so much and it was at a great pace, I loved that she varied the tasks dependant on how well you were progressing so you didn't feel stuck at any point. The equipment hired was great and so easy to get sorted. Cant wait to be back working on my skills!

Excellent the service and the dome and i enjoyed skiing. I enjoyed the swim there there in the warm cosy spacious pool which has slides

Had a great family visit here. Brilliant ice rink with a very clever outer 'track' for going a bit faster! Fun snow play area and the main slope looks great too. Had some nice food and drink. Lots to do, almost a little overwhelming at first. Definitely worth a visit.

Recently visited for a 3 hour evening recreational skiing session for myself and the rest of my family have been having ski lessons over a couple of Sunday sessions. Staff have always been polite and professional. Snow has been fine while we have been there. No complaints at all from us! We'll definitely be back to do some recreational sessions soon.

This place is wonderful, provides many unforgettable attractions for the youngest, a little older and those quite adults. It is worth using

I did lvl 1 last week with Archie but couldn't book with him again this week so we chose josh. He was great . I had a nasty fall last week and destroyed my confidence but he was very attentive and we had fun . He made me feel very safe and kept me talking which helped massively. Great teacher I'd deffo recommend a lesson with him he's very experienced and great with young and old people alike . My daughter was much more advanced than me and in an hour had her skiing backwards . ( Much to my shock and horror) . Archie was great on week one . He had a great way of explaining things and making you over come your nerves . both teachers had me laugh throughout I had a great time and would deffo recomend these two for any age Ha thanks Josh and Archie great job we had a great time

Fantastic place with different activities. We took our sons swimming with inflatables then had a session tobogganing and we all had a great time.

I've been here a few times and it's been great. However, On my visit this time I found that the skating rink was half closed due to the outside being something set up for christmas and the rink that was left seemed poorly maintained as there was a thick layer of ice dust over the top so I had to watch out for the fear of running over children's fingers collecting the ice dust to make snowballs. Being half the size it was very crowded. And to top it we still paid the usual full price for half the space to skate in.

A snowboarding experience for my young sons. Brilliant. Well looked after and had a lot of fun.

Social distancing at the safety briefing and at the top needs some improvement, but otherwise very enjoyable.

We had a great time at the winter wonderland experience. A great setting with a fantastic setting for a guaranteed snowy winter magic event. A great show that made the kids and us laugh. The elves and santa were energetic and seemed to enjoy themselves too.

The only downside was that the kids don't meet santa asides seeing him in the show which you tend to get at all the other events we have been to in the past.

Had a fantastic time here with our 3 year old! We will definitely visit again!
The food was also of a really good quality (and quantity).

Great activities no matter what the weather. Swimming pool was large and spacious. Needed a little tlc.

Negatives: Parking was an absolutely joke! Took over 15 min for a coffee in Starbucks! Positives: Everyone loved the snowball fighting and sledging and the Panto was very fun.

If you're a member, great experience but standard pool changing rooms are shocking and scummy

Went on Sunday midday and it was packed. The carpark is too small for the number of people in cars, so set off early!. Had great fun tobogganing though.

Swim, skate, ski, snowboard ... all under one roof. Cool.

If you're into snow sports. It's the next best thing to a mountain.

Was nice as went for a swim , but think with the way things are at the moment that everyone should be told the she thing! For example we was told that if in the spectators area with a drink you must replace mask in-between each sip which is fine but not all are doing it and think this should be made more public and made sure that the rules are kept up

Friendly helpful staff. Had a fast track snowboarding lesson. Lessons were top notch. Instructors explained gave clear instructions on where I was going wrong. Enjoyed practicing those techniques. Was coming off the top with confidence by the 3rd week. May had a few tumbled while trying to do an olly. Ouch! Great fun.

Brilliant experience, great for large groups or just as a small family!

It was an incredible experience and there was a lot of security and the staff was always helpful.

Had a great time ice skating here, ice was of a good condition and staff were friendly. Only criticism is that it could have been clearer where we needed to go.

I love this place! I ve been there loads of times and every time has been perfect you can go swimming,climbing,ice skating,snowboarding or even fitness (sorry if I am missing something)

The afternoon pass that includes Ice skating, swimming and tobogganing is great value for money.
Only disappointment was the cleanliness of toilets and changing rooms they really need a good clean and maintenance being carried out on them.

The grandkids from Austalia loved the snowboarding and the tuition was very good.

It's a great indoor Snow slope, with fun activities to do, and it has good food as well. Definitely recommendable.

Must visit not the cheapest but is bags of fun. Probably best for familys with kids aged 7+
