I came here to take four identical pictures for my national identity card. The pictures were not in good enough quality for the government to issue the document so I came back and asked whether they could enhance and brighten up the pictures and reprint them for a cheaper price. When they said no I asked for a refund. The staff was extremely rude and defensive over my request and started lecturing me on how my knowledge of photography was low. They did not even speak English well so we were not able to communicate. This place should seriously rethink the quality of the staff they hire and purchase better cameras and printers. Very bad!!!
