Don't really know what to think about this company. Took apart a entire 2018 hp laptop for sayeed and found a piece of plastic that could stop the conductivity of electricity in the machine and forgot to tell him.

Failed to repair my device properly. Sent back a Oneplus Three phone that was missing a sim card tray as well as the sim card. They spent 2 weeks with my device when the estimate was 5 days. I am returning the device back to the manufacturer because of this poor service.

Refused to fix my phone under warranty because of a tiny surface scratch on the screen. It was a motherboard issue with the phone. They changed their story half way through saying that my ASUS phone was unlocked (it wasn't, there aren't even tools to do so for my phone model). If your warranty is through this company, don't even bother spending money on shipping.

Nice setup, but as a company they obviously don't pay their employees enough for the skills they have. It should not take 6 staffing company's to find the labor force you need. Pay for what you want and you'll get better retention.

I worked with SMS for about a year, at the HP section, my job was a laptop technician, the training was 2 weeks and it's enough to have an idea how to work, but the problem was the new models that it may need different training to reach good results, I was doing the job of the level III duties when my pay was lower than level II, and they promised me to raise my pay since the first month because of my skills, but they didn't till my leave, hiring process is totally not fair, they hired a lot of techs. that I trained them, before me, and I still don't understand how they were thinking, however, when they felt I wanna leave, the hired me finally with same pay rate after a year, my advice for all techs. is gaining experience in this place however the pressure of work is too high, and they can find a better job some where else later.

Asus contracts with this company. Laptop was received for a intermittent power down issue on March 6th, a warranty repair. March 15th an invoice is received for $300.00. A replacement unit was opted for given that a) the parts were not in stock and b) the laptop sent in came with a replacement option under its warranty. Eventually, a replacement was shipped April 13th, six weeks from when it came in. The replacement unit was defective and would not even boot to windows. This happened despite the fact that I was assured by Asus the unit would be checked prior to leaving the facility but it clearly wasn't. In fact, there is an ADDITIONAL 3-5 day delay for this check! It is April 30th and the defective replacement unit will need to be sent back to this awful place. This contractor is the number one source of Asus' poor reputation for customer service and appropriate action should to be taken. I invite the owner of this company to contact me personally so at least ONE client will be happy with their service. As a side note, the positive reviews are from applicants for jobs. Google has been notified of this.

I sent my ASUS G701 "Top of the line" gaming laptop to this address and company. Package was signed for by a M.Johnson. Just to learn they have lost my laptop. We are not talking about a hundred dollar cell phone. This laptop cost me thousands of dollars and the service is clearly UNACCEPTABLE. Between ASUS making the worst computer ever or this company that fixes Asus's products it has been a "Nightmare". In one year's time this is the 3rd replacement and now this company "LOST" my laptop. Customer service wants me to wait to see if they can find it. Well the FACTS are , signed for over a week ago by a M.Johnson. As you can see from photos on Google maps. This company has Security camera's everywhere around building. So saying it is lost, really means .... Someone stole it. I have asked for my laptop back or a full refund. Customer service wants me to wait. I have no time to wait...... REFUND my money in FULL or I will seek justice for thief . This ASUS G701 cost me thousands of dollars and has been away more time then I used computer. I ask all people who use this companies repair service or ASUS to "STAY AWAY" Telling a customer to wait while your laptop is lost is only to give time so camera's will not be useful. Well, I'm not that guy. I am seeking justice now and will do whatever it takes to get my FULL REFUND. As far as Asus's laptop's, I will NEVER buy one again. BEWARE ...... STAY AWAY ........ BEWARE. ........ STAY AWAY. ...... BEWARE .... They will lose your stuff and tell you to wait. Camera's everywhere yet there claim is it's lost. UNACCEPTABLE

Been dealing with their inadequate service techs in the ASUS service department. You can't speak to anyone in the phone as when I called I was promted by a secretary who stated they are a security firm. My unit has been there 3 times and now the screen in my laptop doesn't work at all.
