Failed to repair my device properly. Sent back a O...

Failed to repair my device properly. Sent back a Oneplus Three phone that was missing a sim card tray as well as the sim card.
They spent 2 weeks with my device when the estimate was 5 days.
I am returning the device back to the manufacturer because of this poor service.
