The hold times are insane. I dread calling this place. It takes at least 20 minutes to get a rep on the line. So far my longest hold (in an urgent situation) was 34 minutes, plus an additional 30 minutes wait to speak to a supervisor though i finally hung up, so who knows how long it would have taken. IVF is stressful enough without having to literally take off work to call your pharmacy. My first shipment was a few days late but luckily, the cool weather kept my meds from being destroyed. The app is terrible too. Hard to navigate, no tracking updates, and multiple back and forth steps just to place an order. I don t know if this is typical, but I also have had problems with syringe count. I ran out and had to stress trying to find what I needed locally (I was able to find something similar). You d think they d send the correct amount and even a few extra .but maybe that s on the doctor writing the prescription. I will say, so far, the people I ve spoken with have been nice. I have to imagine they re overworked given the insane hold times.

They included the cutest tiniest little pineapple ice pack! Even though it s a small gesture- it really does help with pain/burning/bruising and somehow makes all of this craziness a little sweeter and happier

Takes absolutely forever for someone to answer the phone. I don't know if its standard business practice but when going through an a timed ivf cycle I would expect my medicine to be delivered on time. However, I called paid over a lot of money and the agent screwed up my delivery only to get the medication on a date I was not promised. Then a second agent swears up and down the meds will be delivered within a certain timeframe. Nope, still didn't happen. Medicine was ruined by the time it arrived. Only then I have to send it back and wait for more to come. I will never use this pharmacy again. Ever. Expect to spend at least an hour on the phone ever single time you have to call. Mobile app is a joke, they would rather you use that so they don't have to speak to you over the phone, however it the app didn't have the interface from 1970 it might help. Tracking is never updated and nor are you emailed a tracking number.

I'm not sure what kind of pharmacy this is, but
I thought people are suppose to call/set up when they want or need a prescription, but this company has delivered twice to my home without my knowledge. Yes, my allergist gave me a sample of the prescription and put the prescription in for me at this pharmacy, but I have never called to set it up for delivery, so I don't know why they keep delivering it to me. It's not a safe method cause when they deliver it...they leave it on porch.

SMP have the best prices around, by far. Their customer service team is phenomenal & extremely knowledgeable. As busy as they are, they don t ever act like they are too busy to get you taken care of and will spend as much time on the phone as needed to get the transaction completed. I ve worked with about a dozen of specialty pharmacies and SMP takes the cake!

Elizabeth was the associate who assisted me. She was very kind, patient, and understood all of my needs. She tried comprehensively to save me the most money on my prescriptions and I sincerely appreciate her time and patience with me. Her customer service was top notch!

Smp is the pharmacy to contact at the last minute....

Smp is the pharmacy to contact at the last minute. I called at 6:55p and they had my medication delivered to me by 9pm. I've been using them for 2-3yrs now and I have no complaints. They call me several times when they receive my prescriptions from my doctor.

I have used SMP Pharmacy in 2020 with no issue how...

I have used SMP Pharmacy in 2020 with no issue however since yesterday I have been encountering horrible experience with customer service. In addition to that they can't even answer if my medication request was received or not I am still trying to get someone on the phone since this morning. First call on hold for 12 min, Second call 28 minutes, now I'm on my third call still on hold for 10 min while I'm writing this review and still no answer . I will appreciate if someone can return the call !
