Takes absolutely forever for someone to answer the phone. I don't know if its standard business practice but when going through an a timed ivf cycle I would expect my medicine to be delivered on time. However, I called paid over a lot of money and the agent screwed up my delivery only to get the medication on a date I was not promised. Then a second agent swears up and down the meds will be delivered within a certain timeframe. Nope, still didn't happen. Medicine was ruined by the time it arrived. Only then I have to send it back and wait for more to come. I will never use this pharmacy again. Ever. Expect to spend at least an hour on the phone ever single time you have to call. Mobile app is a joke, they would rather you use that so they don't have to speak to you over the phone, however it the app didn't have the interface from 1970 it might help. Tracking is never updated and nor are you emailed a tracking number.
