I wanted to leave an honest review to encourage others who are currently considering orthodontics to choose SmileZone. I am an adult patient and I wanted to get braces for a long time to correct my overbite, however I couldn t afford it and I was nervous about the procedures. I visited this office based on a recommendation and I am very happy that I did. When I first walked into the SmileZone clinic I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff, they quickly checked me in and offered me a drink and snack while I waited. I was quite impressed by the inside of the office as it is very modern, clean, and bright. I met with Dr. Dana Van Elslande who was very pleasant and professional. Dana did a thorough examination, provided me with a few different treatment options, shared before and after photos from similar procedures, answered my questions, and developed a payment plan that was manageable.

Dr. Van Elslande has a gentle touch when she is working on your teeth and is very understanding. I am thrilled because I am already starting to see a difference in my teeth. SmileZone also has an incentive program and prize draw that they offer to their patients to promote good hygiene and self care. Participants have a chance to be rewarded for taking proper care of their braces on daily basis. Next week Dr. Van Elslande and Dr. Brown are taking clients to see Beauty and the Beast movie at the theaters. Before I was apprehensive about seeing an Orthodontist, now I actually enjoy my appointments as I get to socialize with the staff and grab a cookie or two.
