Uncooked / unsafe. I don't know if this is specific to this location or for Smashburger generally, but my burger was raw. I hope i don't get sick...

Food was good, the order wasn't put in the right bags which caused some confusion. Nothing to get excited over though unfortunately.

Try the Colorado Burger... Awesome! Great quality ingredients all around.

Small place. Takes forever for the food to come out.

Absolutely delicious. A cut above other burger restaurants. The Colorado burger is so damn good!

Really small burgers. Ordered an Avocado Bacon burger, and received only one slice of bacon, which I suppose was enough for the size of the burger. Bacon was barely done, while my brothers was borderline burnt. Awful experience overall, but hopefully others experiences are better.

Terrible food. I had the grilled chicken strips because I wanted to have something healthy. Instead my chicken was soaked in a puddle of grease. My wife had a burger and said it was gross. I do not recommend this restaraunt.

Decent burger with plenty of topping options. I got the one with the goat cheese, wish I would have noticed it came on a wheat bun so I could have switched it. Staff was friendly enough and they have a great selection of tea. Would be 5 starts but I felt the burger was a little dry.

Horrible ask for a AVACADO BURGER INSTEAD GOT A BACON BURGER WONT EVER COME HERE AGAIN PLUS CASHIER WAS RUDE

Just ordered for delivery and am terribly disappointed in the way the food came. Missing items burnt food and slimey lettuce. The bun on one of my burgers was completely burnt and the reason I imagine the bun was burned was because I asked for no mayo so instead of just getting me a new top bun they decided to try to cook it off which is not a fix but now I have burned mayo crust on my bun. Why not just get a new bun? This is my last time going to this smashburger.

Very friendly and honest staff Cashier realized she over charged me for an item . I wasn't even paying attention. She came over to the table and told me what happened and refunded my money. I will choose to eat my burgers here when I come downtown.

This is by far my favorite smash burger location! The staff is super friendly. The food is always delicious. I have had one bad set of fries and when I said something about it. They were quick to change it! Mayra out of all the staff is by far the biggest rockstar! She is quick to everything. She did such a remarkable job today as she was leaving. For anyone else once their jacket is on. They are off. They don't want to help any longer. But Mayra... She had her jacket on, her purse on, she was ready to leave as her shift looked like it was done. But when she was leaving she was still cleaning off customer tables. One person was standing in line. She helped them. She had to have said goodbye 100 times and by the 101st she was gone. Mayra is absolutely outstanding in my eyes! The place is outstanding! I would highly recommend this place!

Great location at a great price with excellent quality. I would happily pay more for a bigger burger... Lisa at the register was very helpful for a first timer like myself. I got the biggest bacon burger and should have gotten two.. The meat quality was above average for a gourmet burger shop. Highly recommend Five smiles

It had really good food, and a lot of different things you could get there, all of the food tastes really good! I would recommend everything!

I know it's a chain, but it's well worth your time. try the colorado burger with peppers and cream cheese

Ordered a burger from here online and it was super soggy when I came to pick up. As I started eating my burger back at work, I FOUND A HAIR IN IT. GROSS. Not coming back here again.

Unfortunately not worth a visit. Food is decent to be sure, restaurant is clean, and staff although relatively disinterested in serving you, are polite. But if I pay $11 dollars for a chicken sandwich I expect it to fill me up. As another reviewer pointed out the chicken is a thin sheet that extends beyond the burger but is ultimately lacking in quantity. I'm not a big guy by any means, 165lbs, but I ate the whole thing and was still quite hungry afterwards. Normally 11 dollars can feed me twice over. Just not worth it for the price, I don't see ever returning to a location.

Took forever for our order to be taken. Got our burgers with a piece of plastic on top. Took an extra 10 minutes and 3 requests to get our sides. I did not enjoy my tots 5 minutes after finishing my burger.

Delicious! I ordered a southwestern cheeseburger that was cooked perfectly and had all the desired toppings on it. I also ordered the special tater tot s, they were pretty good. The vanilla milkshake however was amazing! You can definitely tell they use high-quality ingredients in Haagen Dazs to make the milkshakes.

Nasty- That s the worst burger I ever had- The bun was not even well done, the meat no taste what s over. The bun tatsed like it s been on counter for over a week..Save your money even burger king is better

The experience I had at Smashburger was delightful. The employee with curly hair was very welcoming and friendly. She gladly took my requests respectively. Will definitely be eating here again.

Hands down the best burger spot in Cali! Maybe even the world! The genius behind these burgers is second to none. Ryan the owner is super cool and takes the time to talk to you. The cooks take there time to make sure that the burger is perfect, and you can watch them make it. Death to false burgers! Brenda K doesn't know what she's talking about! The employees were extremely welcoming and kind even though I came in very close to serving. They performed above and beyond in their customer service.

Work down the street but lately this place has gone down hill. Today was the last time for me to get lunch here. My order is always simple the triple double with a side salad. Last 3 times the burger patties have been nickle size. seriously since when do both patties combine are less than a quarter pound (not exaggerating). The lady taking orders was really rude. On the Receipt it says her name is Vanessa (older latin chick). She ignore the first time I place my order, when telling her again what I wanted she interrupted me in the middle of placing the order. Seriously if you don't like your job quit, please. Oh well, guess manager don't case about complaints so this might be useless. I've seen other restaurants where owners/managers come on line and make things right, not this place I guess!

Service was good and was in and out promptly. Fries were soggy

burgers and the atmosphere here is super good. Service is always awesome even when they have a full house. The service here is attentive. Not so close to my office, unfortunately.

My experience at this Smashburger has been great despite some other negative reviews posted. My food has always come out hot and quick, and the employees, both at the cash register and the waitstaff, have been overly kind and accommodating. I like to visit on Thursdays to get 3x reward points through their app.

Don't go on your lunch break (12:00), there's usually a line out the door...

The one "veggie" option they have, the black bean burger, is still not vegan. The fact that they have a "veggie" option at all earns them an extra star for effort, but they should really follow BurgerFi's example and sell a tasty vegan burger, like the Beyond Burger.

The wait time to get a burger is too long, I waited 20 min to get my food. The food doesn't fill you up. And its also expensive for what you pay for. 11 dollars for a burger and a side.That should cost around 7 dollars or less. There is better places to get fast food, that cost less money.

Cancelled my delivery order and gave no reason. Who does that?

Staff came off as they didn t want to be there. Once the food came out it was wrong and it seemed as it was a hassle to replace their mistake. I asked for no mayonnaise so they took it back and wiped it off the bun and acted like it was new. Mayonnaise was still clearly visible. I find that unsanitary and disgusting.

Freshly mashed burgers are great, fresh ingredients (lettuce, onion, etc.), like homemade, variety of cheeses and other toppings, delicious, chicken sandwich is awesome too and good job on the fries too. However, two out of my four visits to the store it was closed during its business hours and I was really hungry for a tasty real fresh burger instead of fast food soy-laden burger.

The display was perfect... but the food didn t taste so fresh.

The staff was super slow. I have gone to this particular store many time just cause it s close to my school and every time I m there I had to wait 10-15mins average just for an order of fries. A few times I m there and there wasn t anyone ahead of me, three of the staff was just standing there talking. They didn t seem to care about taking care of their customer. Bad service!

Professionalism and customer service aren t anything taken seriously here. I m not expecting people to kiss my feet when I go out to eat. I work in customer and food service too and we all know what the expectations are. Common courtesy and respect are usually a great start. Pretty simple stuff. First and last time there. Never been treated so rudely that I felt like I had to leave. I d recommend literally any other place to eat on 16th because you probably won t get treated like trash

The burger itself is decent. Completely failed my order. Burger was twice the size of the bun. Too cheesy. Also booth chairs ate very stiff.
