Professionalism and customer service aren t anything taken seriously here. I m not expecting people to kiss my feet when I go out to eat. I work in customer and food service too and we all know what the expectations are. Common courtesy and respect are usually a great start. Pretty simple stuff. First and last time there. Never been treated so rudely that I felt like I had to leave. I d recommend literally any other place to eat on 16th because you probably won t get treated like trash
