As i am working with this organisation for last 1.9 Months. when i started i have only one child and now i am having 2 child. This company help me lot in managing balance in my both career and personal life. when i started working i was working as full time, after 10 month, i took maturity leave for 4 month. after 4 month i started working from home with this company, slowly i started part time.......

i am vikash kumar, currently i am working with smart shore last six month , and my previous organization name is Avantha group ltd, i worked 1 year , in that once i am compering to one year and six month , i had learned much more thing in smart shore. i.e. one year is equivalent with six month.
And, i like like working environment of smart shore, in this organization i am getting so much opportunity to learnAbout more technology,and free to do RNd in new technology .
And, i am here free to say any idea of new technology, do rnd in that.
so, i like Smart shore and love to do job in smart shore.

DON'T, I repeat DO NOT work for this company! Calling them a "company" is a stretch. They are a one man operation in India who pay late if at all. Don't waste your time or effort!

Worst company I have ever seen in my life.HR dept is complete liar they called me for an interview in US IT Recruiter process wasted my 4 hours and then they said there are no openings for the same.Guys please don't go for this company.Third class infrastructure of company and very unprofessional behavior.

My name Is Piyush Nangia and I am working Smart Shore from last Three Year's I am Joining as Team Leader in 7th Feb 2013 In BPO Sector in this Company and After 1 Year I was promoted as a Process Manager and all the staff is very cooperative and this company is in my life is mile stone and I have total 6 year's experience in BPO sector and in Previous company Cogent E service pvt LTD I was worked same 2.5 year's but this company providing much more opportunity to groom your carrier or life.

This is US company, get salary on 13 every month
No one listen your queries once you are in deputation on client.
Never join such unprofessional company.
I hate it.

As i feel this was labor company, pick labor from road but now joined in I.T.
I never seen such unprofessional people in this management. CEO seems the same who has not ablity to improve it.

Worst Company ever, they are fraud/scam. HR team is also worst. They just want to make money from their partner companies, and don't care about you once they get their commission share. They can put you in a situation where there can be a threat to your life too. Never ever join this company. BEWARE, YOU'LL RISK YOUR LIFE. Never join. World's worst company.
One man power, daily rule change according to employee. 6 days working (9-10 hrs daily), No late allow but must be work late. Salary comes after 11th every month, salary calculation on the basis of month days as Jul 31 days, Aug 31 days , Sep 30 days, Feb 28 or 29 days not as usual 30 days per month.

A good consultancy to work with. Cordial staff members.
Always available on call.

I worked in Smartshore (2015-16). I was deployed in Dell Bangalore Client location. Management is in well organised and run by experienced professionals. This is one of the trusted company I have ever worked.
Mostly Amit and Arti they are very helpful and kind person.

I am no more interested in playing mails mails with Smartshore, I just want the world to know how fraud you people are....Dear candidate/client please do not work with this company..they pressurise their Employes, does not give salary on time & play mind games...Here i am talking about the owner not the Employes..

Pros
Motivating Management personnel,
Right genuine place for beginners who wants to start their career in staffing.
Grt Work and personal life balance is ensured.
No Politics at all.
Having good Direct as well as indirect clients.
Helping and nice CEO who stand with you in each difficulties @ professional/personal.
Sometimes Salary might be late for max 2-3 because of lousy HR management but you will get your full salary ,not a single penny deduction -without any fault from employee side(without prior notice leave, mis punch without get correcting next day)
Cons
Very Old Infrastructure.
Less Vision initiative to get new Clients and zero or no focus in expanding the business.
No marketing and business sales programs.
Very less or no training sessions.

Advice to Management

Hire some best talents(manager+team leads+recruiters+office staff)
Spend some good amount of money on (infrastructure+employees+benefits) to make money.

I am working here from last 9 months, This is a very good environment and very help full Team, This is the Best company to start the carrier.
