Dear Friends,
I am Saurabh Chauhan and I worked for smartshore for almost one year as a US IT recruiter .

Pros
Motivating Management personnel,
Right genuine place for beginners who wants to start their career in staffing.
Grt Work and personal life balance is ensured.
No Politics at all.
Having good Direct as well as indirect clients.
Helping and nice CEO who stand with you in each difficulties @ professional/personal.
Sometimes Salary might be late for max 2-3 because of lousy HR management but you will get your full salary ,not a single penny deduction -without any fault from employee side(without prior notice leave, mis punch without get correcting next day)
Cons
Very Old Infrastructure.
Less Vision initiative to get new Clients and zero or no focus in expanding the business.
No marketing and business sales programs.
Very less or no training sessions.

Advice to Management

Hire some best talents(manager+team leads+recruiters+office staff)
Spend some good amount of money on (infrastructure+employees+benefits) to make money.
