One man power, daily rule change according to employee. 6 days working (9-10 hrs daily), No late allow but must be work late. Salary comes after 11th every month, salary calculation on the basis of month days as Jul 31 days, Aug 31 days , Sep 30 days, Feb 28 or 29 days not as usual 30 days per month.
