Worth!!!Really good support. On their toes. Got my connection done last month got little problem the customer service was excellent they didn't make me wait. In such a low cost they are doing an excellent work.

Please don't go for this company. Lets finish their business. Only crooks work there no service provision....worst providers of internet service in Mumbai. Despite several complaints for the last 14 days, there's no service provided. They don't deserve even a single star, No response from the customer care despite calling them a number of times.

very bad service... please do not use this internet provider in Kalina area. I have been following up for 12 days now with no resolution. Now they have stopped taking my phone calls. When I call the sales line they are ready to come fix a new connection but for existing customers they do not care at all.
Worst providers of internet service in Santa Cruz. Inspite of several complaints for the last 10 days, there has been no solution provided. Only false assurances. They don't deserve even the one star, unfortunately I can't give them zero stars. No response from the mobile number and the customer care inspite of having called them a dozen times. Out of a 100 possible options to choose from, they'll be 101st.
