The Cheesecake Bites are incredibly good. The owner was super nice and let us try one before we bought too. My fave was the Key Lime, just full of that Limey flavor!!

The cheesecake is phenomenal, but Charlie is my favorite part about this business. He is friendly, upbeat, and always has cheesecakes ready to enjoy! The Silicon Valley Classic Cheesecake is classically-perfect with a balance of creamy texture and the perfect tang! He offers the Popper Pack, the perfect option which let's you sample all the deliciously crafted flavors! This was my 4 time stopping by and definitely won't be my last!

OMG. The best Baileys Cheesecake ever. Worth the 40 minute drive. Was part of my dessert buffet at my wedding, everyone raved about it. Charlie is a super nice guy!!

Amazing cheesecake poppers! Charlie is a really nice person as well! In a time of faceless corporations, it's nice to find a shop like this! The cheesecake poppers are creamy and have a great crunchy crust. When you are eating one straight out of the freezer it's like eating a delicious cloud. I totally recommend you go in and get some. Talk to Charlie while you're there, he's a funny guy! You'll have a great experience.

It you haven't got to try their cheesecake than do try it. Quality cheesecake tastes good compared to the generic cheesecake and they do have samplers for every flavor they make!

Charlie was very friendly, offered a sample and tour as a first time visitor, and offers a military discount to take care of Soldiers. His cheesecake popper assortment was DELICIOUS. I will DEFINITELY go back there any time I am tempted to get donuts in the San Jose area for breakfast, because these are 10x better.

Classic, no fuss, great flavored cheesecakes and the original flavor is still one of the best! The texture is just right, melting in your mouth when room temperature and a delightful treat in its own right when frozen. We make the drive, often, and end up having cheesecake for dinner. The owner is am extremely kind man who will put a smile on your face. Definitely get a tray of poppers, or three.

Like every reviewer has said - wow, what flavor in these lil cheesecake bombs, Charlie calls Poppers - the taste absolutely pops in your mouth! These cheesecake poppers are made if simple clean ingredients - milk, cream cheese, and salt. That's it. Comes in many flavors - Key Like was a smash hit in my family. Just wow! Also, Charlie is awesome! Great service, honest approach, and generous heart - this place is a must try, and once you have tried these poppers, you are a fan, and will definitely come for more.

We have been going to Charlie for cheesecakes for more than 10 years. Our kids love his cheesecake more than mine and getting one to celebrate birthdays became a family tradition. His cookie crust is so good!

Me and my friends were greeted by Charlie himself. Incredible friendly, funny, and relaxed man. He joked with us, gave is a discount if we could answer a simply math question (we failed it), and bought the best - tasting cheesecakes we've ever had.

Great bite size cheesecakes, $28 for 36 bite size cheesecakes that come in a prepackaged assortment. Cappuccino, blueberry, raspberry, key lime, plain and strawberry. Great for a pot luck party or just a reward for yourself.

I came here to get my brother a cheesecake for his birthday. I don't even like cheesecake, and the owner insisted I try one of the mini cheesecakes. I have to say, I was blown away.

I can now say, I'm not a fan of cheesecakes, but I love me a good old Charlie's Cheesecake.

Charlie was so nice. We were able to pick up a birthday pack of 36 without any notice. We have friends that are on the keto diet and they had one 1 oz cheesecake popper to celebrate a birthday. It only had 10 carbs so they were Within their limits. Everybody enjoyed the different flavors it was a hit.

My wife surprised me with the Silicon Valley Cheesecake for my birthday. I couldn't be happier and it's my favorite I have tried in San Jose! Charlie also hooked up my wife with the poppers for free. Definitely will be coming in to surprise my wife for her birthday (so I can have this again!)

Amazing cheesecake especially the plain vanilla one. Charlie's and Zanze's are the top 2 cheesecake in the Bay area IMO.

I love this place! Besides the amazing cheesecake- the best I've ever had- the man who owns it is very helpful, happy, and he made my day. He even gave us free cheesecake for answering math problems! Awesome guy! I recommend it to anyone who likes cheesecake. Five stars :)

Their triple C cheesecake was nothing like a cheesecake. It was more of a mouse. Really pricy for such a bad service, bad coffee, bad latte and rude and unprofessional waiter. Such a waste of money and time

Great coffee, great service and great environment! They've preserved many of the old architectural elements of this repurposed building. Really nice place to spend time enjoying your beverage, hanging out with friends or meeting a client/work colleagues.

Family ran business, pop size cheese cakes, amazing variety and great price, amazing hospitality.
