I have been using SmartBill for 2 years +, at this point I can say that it is the best product on the market ever. Very simple to use, very good customer support, and the value for money is very good, and most of the times the quality exceeds the acceptable price.

I have been using SmartBill for billing for almost a year for integrating with WooCommerce and it's going great. Also, I really like the customer support they have - they are not aggressive, annoying, and so on. And they want to help you every step, which is a plus. And the interaction with them is very loud, all the incoming mail you say come from the family.
Very good and the idea of introducing online invoice payment by integrating with Netopia - basically if you issue an invoice and you want to pay your client with the card, just press a button :)

We've been working with the smartbill for a few years.
Some of the things that keep us attached to them would be:
1.Instant client support via live chat.
2.Update updates.
Billing and full management, including production.
3. Export invoices to saga
4. Growth continues towards the desired direction that in the near future we will integrate the accounting part also into them through Smart Bill count.
5. Site Billing API.

I paid a platinum subscription but my account was extended with one silver! I replied, and responded in five days: "The situation you describe will have to be analyzed and resolved by the empowered department. We will prioritize sending a response to you." I have been happy so far, but it seems better to choose a free account.

The best invoicing platform in Romania. We use an ERP developed in the house through API to Smartbill, so we focus on our company's mission, while Smartbill takes over all the beatings by issuing bills, adjustments to the legislative changes, etc. In addition, great help is the new Dashboard, now I know before processing the monthly papers, how much we have to pay VAT, what are the bills for overdue payments, etc. I hope Smartbill continues to develop tools for financial management entrepreneurs, eg P & L, Cashflow, Forecasting, just dreaming. Keep doing great job !!! PS: Smartbill's best asset is their team, always promising and soul, few companies transmit soul and authenticity!

We started working with SmartBill in 2017 for billing, and this month we've been migrating everything on Smart Conta, as it gives me real-time access to the situations that offline offline accounting gives you in a month and a half, making it harder to make financial decisions under such conditions. If in the business and consulting business, accounting is a bit easier, our production and distribution business has helped us a lot. For a few months we've also introduced mobile billing on VAN Sales, which helps us optimize sales and improve customer service in critical times when demand is high. There are really things I would like to have as tools, considering that beyond management I'm interested in the forecasting and planning as well as the specifics of the business, but I always communicate with the support department, so we can find also moment solutions but also feedback on possible future developments, hoping that entrepreneurs will take the financial and operational activity seriously as key elements in the development of any business.

I'm working with Smart Bill (the Cloud version, we're just in the Cloud era) since 2014, and I am very pleased with the quality / price ratio. For a PFA emitting less than 10 bills per month is the perfect solution. I had a problem (I do not know exactly when) and technical support almost instantly responded to the chat and clarified me about the problem. Recommended!

They were ok a few years ago. As they extended, there was an obvious decline in quality of service. Instead of human replies we get copy/pasted emails, we're bombarded with spam although we asked them to stop, they're always trying to upsell (can't even pay their bill in their online interface, because they're only displaying a link for an upgrade etc). When we wrote to inform the management of the things they are obviously loosing track of, we got a copy/pasted reply too. This is a classic sign of a company that is getting too big to be able to manage itself properly and keep the quality of service at the level they had 5 years ago. We switched to Oblio, which offers one year free of charge now !

I don't know what others are like, but when I opened my first company in my life I said I was faint when I started with the bills. Lucky for me that Mircea and the gang from SmartBill made this product and I still bother me only taxes to the state and contracts. Invoices ... Invoices deals with SmartBill. I highly recommend!

At first it seems ok, it is very limited, the support is largely unqualified (eg: buy the pro module, let's see if it can be there) for real ... it was normal: buy the pro module as it is possible. You can't move products from one management to another, you can't put a default management, you can't import group products into one management, you import them into nothingness and from there you load your stock in the desired management, and so on. Otherwise it's ok don't give errors.

A good online service, but much more expensive than it deserves! I recommend other platforms.
You can find the same options and billing and management facilities on many other platforms (oblio, fgo, etc.) for FREE or at normal prices. In the last subscription extension, I received by email payment the amount of 10.9 euros without VAT per month only for the billing program, huge!

We use the SmartBill service for approx. 2 years and until recently we were somewhat satisfied with the service. The main advantage is clearly working in the cloud, but because that's how we humans are, I will focus in this review on what displeased me:

1) They are very prompt only when they have to take your money. The WooCommerce plugin has not been updated for years and because we have made updates to WooCommerce, the integration can no longer be used.

2) During the COVID-19 epidemic they left me with a bitter taste. They called me and invited me to activate recurring payment "to help me", and I also received several emails boasting that it helps us in times of crisis, but in reality I do not know how recurring payment or issuance of vouchers help me get over the crisis; it helps them more. They gave me the impression that they are greedy and hypocritical.

If you want to help me, suffer with me; You give me a discount, you give me my services for free for a while ... stuff like that that brings me a tangible benefit. Others did it and did not brag.

If you have a problem you do not have to solve it. Do not allow yourself to not issue invoices a week. They also eliminated the chat from the program where as much as you could solve a problem (excluding the idiot operators who responded with copy paste)

Schedule for small businesses that issue several bills per month. Not recommended for retail. It has a lot of grievances, some even mandatory for any trader. Although I say they listen to the suggestions, in fact, nobody ever talks to the mail and does not even take into account suggestions. One of the many problems that I have been positively detecting by phone was that the management program does not know how to integrate the discount when calculating the final price. So if you have bills with 30% discounts and you want to add commercially 15% ... you know you do not. Their answer, in short, was that ... that's it..the program works.

Smart POS pos does not work ok at all. Vouchers can be issued without any connection to the management. It's not compatible with the barcode reader. When looking for a product, sometimes it finds it, sometimes it does not. When you enter a keyword that should generate more results, the program selects any one and inserts it for the bounty without displaying the other results. And more.

The strongest on the market and the most beautiful Romanian team by far! I use Smart Bill for 3 companies with different fields of activity and I have never encountered any problems! I'm curious how many people can say this about their accounting programs that they currently use. Not to mention that the monthly subscription costs literally as the founder of Smart Bill says "as much as a movie ticket". Remember that in addition to professionalism, the company is Romanian, so if you really want to support Romanian businesses, Smart Bill is a MUST! Excellent job, guys!
