They were ok a few years ago. As they extended, there was an obvious decline in quality of service. Instead of human replies we get copy/pasted emails, we're bombarded with spam although we asked them to stop, they're always trying to upsell (can't even pay their bill in their online interface, because they're only displaying a link for an upgrade etc). When we wrote to inform the management of the things they are obviously loosing track of, we got a copy/pasted reply too. This is a classic sign of a company that is getting too big to be able to manage itself properly and keep the quality of service at the level they had 5 years ago. We switched to Oblio, which offers one year free of charge now !
