We use the SmartBill service for approx. 2 years and until recently we were somewhat satisfied with the service. The main advantage is clearly working in the cloud, but because that's how we humans are, I will focus in this review on what displeased me:

1) They are very prompt only when they have to take your money. The WooCommerce plugin has not been updated for years and because we have made updates to WooCommerce, the integration can no longer be used.

2) During the COVID-19 epidemic they left me with a bitter taste. They called me and invited me to activate recurring payment "to help me", and I also received several emails boasting that it helps us in times of crisis, but in reality I do not know how recurring payment or issuance of vouchers help me get over the crisis; it helps them more. They gave me the impression that they are greedy and hypocritical.

If you want to help me, suffer with me; You give me a discount, you give me my services for free for a while ... stuff like that that brings me a tangible benefit. Others did it and did not brag.
