In my 4 year tenure renting with Smart Properties I have been treated professionally and any calls in for maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely manner. Office staff I ve dealt with have been courteous, special note To Jennifer/Courtney and Magen. Maintenance is also on point. Thank you

I rented with Smart Properties for around 7 years. They always treated me fairly and whenever I had an issue with the house, they were very quick to get someone out to resolve the issue. All of the maintenance people I dealt with were professional and polite. The big thing for me was that they generally left me alone. If I am ever in a position to rent again I would not hesitate to rent with Smart Properties.

I been renting with smart properties for two years . I m one person who hates Calling about minor things but stuff happens. This past week I had a light dangling in my bathroom and a leak from My bathroom sink. Chris the maintenance man came out and handle everything in timely manner and he s very professional. Way too goo Chris and keep up the good and hard work you do!!

I love the way the Maintenance Man Chris took his time to explain! He also takes pride in doing his job; no matter if it s a small job or big job !

I had an maintenance issue with my toilet. I had Chris with maintenance come out. He did an awesome job fast and friendly service.
