I had lawn installed 14 months ago. The warranty for labour is 12 months. I started contacting ALW inside the 12 months because the lawn has shrunk away from the edging, (Which they charged me extra for and wasn't mentioned at the time of the quote). Three appointments have been made for them to come and look at the problem and three times they cancelled, the last time they didn't even bother to call me to tell me they weren't coming. I sat around all day waiting.
I have tried calling every number and no one is answering. All of their 1300 numbers have been disconnected as of 13/8/2018. This company has the worst after sales service I have ever come across. They deliberately cancelled appointments so it went over the 12 months warranty, but to not answer any calls is abhorrent.
Please stay the hell away from this company, the job they do isn't the best and there is absolutely no after sales service.
Don't waste your many thousands of dollars like I did...

Great service. Very flexible when I needed to change installation days, more than once. Installers were professional, kept me informed of the process. Plus the product looks fantastic!!

I run Nuovo Homes located in Adelaide - I contacted Eric for fake turf to be installed.
Unfortunately the guys installing, did not care for any aspect of the construction site expect for their fake turf.
A fuel can was left in a cupboard leaking causing damage. Work areas next to the fake lawn where not cleaned up, leaving sand and dolomite for myself to clean.
They tracked in rubble from the street told me they would clean it up, and left rubble dirt lines the whole way around the house.

Getting these guys to come back to clean up, or make good on any of these issues is very difficult. Apparently nothing was them.

Our alfresco joinery was damaged, they seem to think it wasn't them, despite being the only ones working in the backyard and the fuel and 2 stroke can being theirs.

When would trades lie, I sent Eric the photo of the items outside the cupboard asking if it was his guys, they say yes - then I show the photos of the damage. Wasn't them. I have to prove it. what a joke, cowboys.

Went in with the Measurements, got the high density 35mm turf, bloke gave us the tips on how to intall it ourselves and walked away happy. Best of all, the dog agrees.

They gave me a great sales pitch. Told me my staffys definately wont rip it up. Told me that they would fix it if they did. Needless to say my dogs ripped it up after a week. I rang up and they told me that its not covered. Then told me to send pics and they will get the boss to call me and sort the repairs out. Never heard back from them again. Wont answer my calls. DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMENDED! I spent over $5000 for nothing.

I contacted this company regarding supply of synthetic grass for my small business. They offered to sell me details of clients to contact and pay me for details of my clients. They were very specific in suggesting that i refer elderly or "not the smartest" people to them.

Australian Lawn Wholesalers in Melbourne. Would definitely NOT recommend. After being sold a great sales pitch I went ahead and paid over $5K for my lawn, I obviously expected a fantastic job for that price. Boy... Was I wrong. They subcontract out the work and did an absolute garbage job. I've been waiting for 8 months for it to be fixed as per their warranty.
After being treated like an idiot... I passed all communication over to my father.
They will not return phone calls now.
