I rented with Smart Properties for around 7 years....

I rented with Smart Properties for around 7 years. They always treated me fairly and whenever I had an issue with the house, they were very quick to get someone out to resolve the issue. All of the maintenance people I dealt with were professional and polite. The big thing for me was that they generally left me alone. If I am ever in a position to rent again I would not hesitate to rent with Smart Properties.
