I ad warranty work on my 2010 Toyota Matrix to replace a bearing in the back passenger side wheel. They were much faster than I was expecting (it only took 3 days even though they had to have the part shipped from California). The service was friendly and helpful and I would definitely go back again.
Could not have asked for a better experience. Clint, Justin, & Sara were easy to work and made the process so simple. Smart Toyota was very fair with the new truck pricing and with our trade in, we appreciated skipping the "game" of negotiating. This was one of many vehicle buys for us but it rates tops in satisfaction.

I've been buying Toyotas from Smart Motors for somewhere around 25 years. After dealing with dealerships that felt my then husband was the only one that could make buying decisions and/or those who weren't honest about pricing, I found Greg Blaska at Smart. My Toyotas have been great, reliable, safe vehicles that I have passed on to my sons. I just purchased my first "used" Toyota at Smart. From years of working with me, Greg recommended his sales person show me a particular car he knew I would like. He was correct. I love it. The purchasing was smooth, quick, and around my schedule.
Brian and Pete were super helpful. I just graduated and was buying my first car, so it was really nice that they didn't pressure me at all.

Smart Motors has always been a great dealership for me. I had a 2004 corolla that lasted for 16 years. And I just bought a new 2020 corolla hatchback. I love it and this dealer. They were great through the whole process.

Pretty good experience when I went to see what was wrong with my car's suspension (which I did not purchase there). Service is helpful and made an effort to truly understand the problem I was having. When they were unable to resolve the issue at the time, they let me know that a future visit for the same problem would not be charged for. Good amenities as well. The only downside is that in general, the cost for diagnoses and procedures is a bit high, but as an official dealer, that's probably the norm.

Horrible experience, will never go to this dealership ever and i would not recommend anyone going there because they are going to rob you blind. I had an appointment at 7:30a for 90k routine maintenance check because i had my engine light on and was due for the check up due to the miles. I was told that it was going to be $121 over the phone and Service employee Alan Reichert said yeah and agreed in person. They printed out a sheet that estimates $241. I went back to Reichert and said that its suppose to be $121 with the check and he said it was and then said that price was an estimate. When all said and done at 10am. I was charged $247 dollars. I was charged for $120 for a diagnostic did not ask for and the rest was for maintenance. When i tried to argue about the price i paid, he said the only thing he could do was give me a 10% discount to make it $226. The diagnostic test was to check the light and the reason why the light went off is because i a crack in my gas cap. I paid $226 dollars for maintenance, a diagnostic test and a gas cap for $226. I have a respectable job and i going to professional about this situation and share it with everyone. Poor customer service, $196 of my total was labor and all they did was do a basic check, top and changed my oil and gave me a gas cap, lol for a 150min wait(checked in at 7:25a).
Go to Lancaster toyota if you dont wanna get ripped off and dont get service by Alan Reichart.
The experience was very good. They are always very helpful and explain things when I ask questions. They have been nothing but accommodating and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right.

I purchased my new Sienna at Smart Motors and my experience was everything I expected it to be. My sales rep Mike Kluvia was courteous and timely. He found me the perfect van for me and my family and he did it in one hour. I met him during my lunch break and he knew I had limited time. We got down to business and within one hour, we identified a vehicle and settled on a price. Two days later we were the proud owners of a new Toyota Sienna. The vehicle I wanted was not in stock so Mike and his team sourced the vehicle from another location.
I was impressed by the speed at which they work. Everything went smooth including the financing. I worked with Finance Manager Chad Ohly and I was able to get a loan that fit my monthly payment expectations. Chad was low key and he did not pressure me to buy all the extra stuff which would have made my monthly payment higher. I was able to get an extended warranty and keep my monthly payment in line. He understood where I wanted to be and he made it happen.
I felt good with this purchase and I had no buyer s remorse. The sale and financing was fair and good. I will return to Smart Motors Toyota for future purchases.

We bought our 2017 Toyota Corolla from Tim Nugent back in August, and we could not be happier with the service, our car, and ongoing support! The process of buying went smoothly. We didn t feel pushed to buy. We have gotten our car serviced for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. And service was fast and effective.
Most recently, we obtained some scratches from our ice scraper from the polar vortex. Bob at the service department meticulously buffed out what he could at no charge. Our car still looks fantastic thanks to the ongoing support we get from Smart Motors. Thank you so much, Smart Motors!

Unfortunately this is not also seen in the used cars department. I have been twice to look at used cars and both times was completely blown off and not taken seriously while considering purchasing a used vehicle. Less than two minutes into the conversation was told if your not willing to make a decision right now then it s not worth my time . Ended up purchasing at another Toyota dealership the next day.

I got a great deal on a single previous owner small sedan. Staff were patient as I had to line up my financial resources. I forgot my phone in one of their vehicles, and they dropped it off where I was. They also transported me to the bank when I needed it. The customer lounge had good amenities and made it so that I could do work while waiting. Altogether, they made a stressful week when I did not have my own transportation much easier.

Great experience buying a new truck at Smart Motors. They had a great selection of trucks and gave us a great deal. Everyone there knows their job and the paperwork is handled efficiently, before we knew it we were out the door with our new vehicle!
I came in to Smart with employee discounting (via my sister) and the national promotion that was running. After an hour of wasting my time, the salesman said he needed to speak with his boss and he'd get back to me at a later date. After a day, I called asking for a status update and the salesman didn't bother to return my call for another day. After the second day, I get a call from the salesman saying that he's not obligated to sell me a car since he could get a better price from someone else.
Terrible customer service and sub-standard sales tactics.
Jesse, my service advisor, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He listened to my needs and made sure our vehicle received the exact service(s) it needed at 85k miles. I was also concerned about the tread on our tires as winter approaches and that issue was immediately addressed. The reason for the 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 star rating is I would have liked to receive an update while the car was being serviced regarding time frame and exact work being completed.
I can't say enough good things about this place. They are knowledgeable, kind, and allow you to decide what you are going to treat day-of without any pressure. Mike explained services our car needed based on safety and checked in with me repeatedly while I waited.
The waiting area is in itself a reason to go here as well! I was able to work remotely at a desk with high-speed internet and free coffee and snacks. This made an unexpected day at the mechanic like a treat-filled work day.
The techs are great! They always have great customer service and are so professional! Highly recommend getting your car repairs done here!

Recently took our van in for a maintenance service and to have the windshield Diamond coded. I found the staff very helpful and polite and the service to be outstanding. To this date we have always been impressed with the staff and service at Smart Motors.
I recently brought in my 2011 Toyota sienna van as the cable broke which opens the automatic side doors. I was informed that the motor and cable system needed to be replaced and this would cost 1900.00. My research for a cable replacement found a cost of less than 200.00 so this was a big shock. I had no idea that there was something wrong with the motor.
I did not commit to fixing it as the cost seemed high and we could still open the door manually so could just not fix it.
As I did more research I decided to take off the inside door panel and while pushing the button to open the door I heard the motor running. I also heard it when I pulled the handle on the outside. They told me that the motor needed to be replaced in addition to the cable system but it was clearly audible when engaged and working.
After more research I decided to try replacing just the cable component. I ordered this online for 40.00. I spent about 1.5 hours putting in the cable attachment which did require me wrapping the cable on the spool that turns when the motor runs, pulling the cables. This was the only difficult part of the entire thing making sure they were even and didn't come off the spool when placing it on the motor. Once this was done I pushed the spool onto the motor and put the panel back on and Bam! it has worked every since, 2 months out.
I didn't understand how they had come to the conclusion that I needed the motor and cable replaced and felt that I should get a refund for the inspection fee.
I talked with the manager of the service department (I actually did this when the door panel was off and before I put on the cable component so he could see and hear the motor run). He said that was strange and went to talk with his mechanic.
When he returned, his explanation why it all needed to be replaced was: it was too difficult for the mechanics to correctly wrap the cable on the spool so they would just replace the entire motor and cable components (they would come already wrapped and together in 1 piece).
I questioned why I wan't told honestly what was wrong (lying that the motor needed to be replaced) and even if told this why couldn't only the cable component couldn't be replaced (because the mechanics were not skilled enough to do what I and other youtube video posters were able to do).
He tried to rationalize this without making sense and attempted to split the inspection fee because they did do something? I protested, stating what they did was tell me that something that wasn't broken needed to be replaced at a cost of 2k when the part that needed to be replaced was 40.00 and less than 2 hours of time. He eventually acquiesced and returned the full amount.
I will never take my car there for anything but to have recall repairs done. They will squeeze any penny they can out of you, how else do they pay for the free donuts and coffee.
Great customer service... starting from the time you bring in your car for service...check in, and during the wait.... especially their Monday manicures, and Tuesday massages...some best practice other Toyota service centers should follow.
Never impressed with this place. I came in this morning to get my car's factory issued recall repair done. No one was there to greet me when I arrived, or to direct me with where to park my car. The repair was timely, but then when I went to checkout no one was there. When I finally got the keys back and saw my car, there was what looked like a blood stain on the front seat that wasn't there before. It took me several minutes to get someone to even look at it, and over a half hour for the car to be returned to me. I would like this place a lot better if they were prompt and attentive.

On September 30th, we purchased a new 2016 XLE premium from Smart Toyota. We had been car shopping for a month. Driven several different types of vehicles. We had a 2011 Avalon for 5 years and loved it, a great vehicle. We met Todd our salesman at Smart. He was very helpful in telling us about the Highlander, as we thought that is what we wanted. We were having a difficult time deciding on what to buy. He had great patience with us also. Everytime we were at Smart, the entire staff was very friendly to us. We finally decided the Avalon was our car. He took time and described all the features we needed to know and offered us to come back anytime if we had any questions. I stopped in for a coolant flush after making an appointment. I sat there over 2 hours. At one point the service writer came to apologize for the wait, that they were just washing my car and it would be another 10 minutes. Forty minutes later I got my car. I had a quick lube service there on another occasion and had no problems.
I worked with Sam. I traded my 2006 Tundra for a new Highlander. Sam was wonderful to work with. He is kind and understanding, as well as a very nice gentleman. I never felt pressured and feel that I got a reasonable price and trade.
I love my Highlander and have 800 miles on it already. Gas mileage is wonderful, rides like a charm and the safety features are awesome.
I have been a Smart Toyota customer since I moved here last spring. I had a bunch of work done in the service department on the Tundra and had great experiences there. Updates are frequent, which is much appreciated. (Plus the snacks and coffee are wonderful)

I always take my car here for regular maintenance and they are friendly, fast and have a great, comfortable waiting room with snacks. Prices are very fair and they aren't pushy at all with trying to get you to buy more things. When you need more service done, it's also where I take my car, and that waiting room is even better. Always professional and I've always been happy with them.
First time I went and they told me they had the wrong part after I waited for 1 1/2 hours. Three days later they called me to tell me the part was in.....I told them it was not because they told me three days earlier that it would take a week to get the part. About a week later they called and said the part was in and I made an appt. They were kind enough to give me a lender car and all was well.
The entire staff is always there to help answer any questions and go above and beyond...I even got birthday balloons on my new car when I picked it up!!
Test drove some vehicles yesterday, and the sales man Scot Nelson did an impressive job explaining all the safety and electronic features. I just wish the Toyota's were not so expensive, and the RAV4 came with a V6 like my old one does.
My experience with this dealership was not a good one! I got a car from them about one year ago. I have had the same issue with this car 3 different times. The car was sold with a bad alternator obviously and I had it replaced buy Smart Motors service center each time. I also purchased a brand new battery on my own. I would like to add that each time it went out, I just happened to be in the midst of traffic. Two of those time it was in the middle of winter with my children. The most recent it was on the highway and I nearly got hit by a semi-truck. This has caused me to miss 5 days of work. I am a single mother of 3 and I work hard for my money. I have made on time payments on this car for 12 months in a row and also purchased an extended warranty. After having to pay 150.00 for my car to be towed the most recent time to the dealership to have it fixed AGAIN someone broke into my car and stole my ipad and personal information. The service manager Bill was extremely rude and had the nerve to say that whoever broke into my car had to know me because it was the only car on the lot that was damaged. Then went on to say that the car I purchased was OLD as if to say I should expect the same alternator that he keeps replacing to go bad. I have NEVER been so insulted and upset in my life! After crying my eyes out Tim Nugent was able to calm me down and have me wait for someone named TJ to come out and talk with me to try and mediate the situation. I don't even recall an apology from anyone except Tim.
Only three short visits to purchase a used Tacoma that was very clean and I'm happy with - which included first looking at a different truck. The sales associate, Austin, was knowledgeable of the details of the vehicle and there was no pressure at all! In my opinion, Smart is a very good dealership.

I would avoid Smart as much as possible, they generally will not care about you unless you show them the money and lots of it.
The service department is grossly over priced for the service you provide, incase you end up buying an extended warranty, good luck geting decent service, they always want to charge you an arm and a leg to diagnose a problem when you explicitly tell them what the problem is.
They also did a detailing on my car and it was terrible, the leather seats were very dirty (because they used a dirty rag) ...
I feel insulted when they send me a 5% or 10 discount coupons in the mail off their very high prices to begin with...
Toyota is a good car, unfortunately the service from this dealer is terrible!!!
I have always enjoyed great customer service, wouldn't dream of taking my Venza anywhere else! The waiting area is always clean and well stocked which is wonderful if you have to wait for your vehicle. Service is prompt and they keep you well informed of what needs to be done.
Service was good. However, one of the finance staff was not professional enough in my point of view. I feel discriminated. Then I went to other Toyota Showroom and I found what I needed.
Enjoyed experience with my recent used car purchase at Smart Motors Odana Rd. Salesman answered all my questions promptly & sales manager was very helpful as well. Car was sanitized and very clean. Would recommend this dealership to others.
My wife and I had a very positive experience with Smart Motors Toyota that added with our purchase of a new Corolla. The dealership just feels right - clean, attractive floor setting and yes Popcorn!! Of course the difference for most businesses are the people - same here. Very friendly from our first visit as just off the street and "just looking". Now the 5th star comes for our salesperson Netanya Rossberg. She was the perfect balance of knowledge, proactiveness without us feeling pushed and a pleasant "real" human being. So I would recommend Smart and Netanya if you are looking for a car - we are picking up ours tomorrow.
Great customer service, but no private place to nurse or rest babies. I was there for 4 hours for a service, (I expected a shorter visit but a few things came up) and my baby needed a nap. There was no quiet place to take her. There was the kids room, but it was bright and loud, and a tv was on and had food on the floor. I didn't feel comfortable letting her crawl around the dirty floor. It was a kids room so I didn't expect a clean room, but it would be really helpful to have a clean and quiet room for little babies.
The customer service was great though. Everyone was very polite and tried to accommodate me when they could.
Very good service and less cost than another local Toyota dealer. Had regular service and had all the brakes replaced. Great waiting room .

I recently visited Smart Toyota to test-drive the Sienna and Highlander. John Ashworth made the experience very enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, personable, and did not make me feel pressured in anyway. He was also understanding of my desire to hold off buying a Toyota until after my imminent relocation to the West Coast. He deserves 5 stars.
This review has only 4 stars because of the expense of service provided to out-of-warranty vehicles. I brought my '02 Toyota Corolla in several times to be served by Smart Toyota and left every time surprised by the amount that I had been charged; in particular, by the cost of labor. I eventually wised up and began taking my vehicle to a local mechanic who has exceeded my every expectation.
The sales have a lot of time to argue with customers instead of serving them not a good impression.
Chad sold me my car back in mid June of 2018. Since the first phone call, I was treated with kindness and respect. The process flowed smoothly and I got my car within hours of filling out papers.
My car is beautiful and performs so effortlessly. But I really can t say enough positive things about all of the staff at Toyota. Thank you!

I had a very positive experience with Smart Motors. They struck a fantastic balance of being engaged and wanting my business, with not being pushy or overwhelming. When I had questions, they responded urgently. When I needed a few days to think, they gave me room. They even let me borrow a car over night so I could see how it worked during my evening commute and at night. I would highly recommend them to a friend.
I was getting a new tpms sensor in a rav4. I dropped it off and I came back to pick it up about 4 hours later (finished or not, I was told to pick it up). It was being test driven when I got here and was told it would be done in 40 min. An hour later I was told another 40 min.
EXCELLENT service!!!!!! Everyone from making appointments for service, the service managers and the service technicians have always been extremely accommodating with my schedule, explaining repairs and answering questions. My car is always safe, reliable and runs perfectly despite it's 10 year old age and many miles. I feel like I am treated like I just bought a brand new car the way I am treated whenever I am there for service. Thanks to Smart Motors and everyone that works there!!!

Very pleasant visits, low pressure. We visited in Late June 2018 and worked with Mr. Chris LaCrosse. He was friendly, informed, eager to help and pleasant to work with. Perhaps they were really trying to get rid of older inventory (2018 models), but I felt like I didn't get a chance to peruse all the options/add-ons. It still helps to do your research before you come in.
