RACIST!!! I worked here in 2018, after being told I had to hang up on ASIAN PEOPLE because they said asian people are time wasters and would try and haggle the price.
After been told that it took 3 days for me to realise this company is absolutely disgusting,other peoples reviews about hassling old people etc are 100% right. Should be shut down they were fined 90 grand laat year for making nussiance phone calls.

Brilliant system, giving peace of mind everyday. The camera's & app are very useful tools. The installation and whole process was neat & tidy and well organised

As others have said; this company breaks the law by cold calling elderly people and attempting to scare them into purchasing a home protection system. They attempt to justify this behaviour by calling it "proactive", but it's still illegal and immoral. Luckily my mother was smart enough to put the phone down on their sales representative after listening to only a few minutes of their scripted drivel. AVOID this company; if they can't even get customers without breaking the law I dread to think what their workmanship is like!

Very good system, gives you peace of mind knowing someone is at the other end. Being able to control the system remotely with my Smart Phone is very handy.
Also the engineers are excellent.

This company uses cold calling to scare people into buying home security.
The calls start with burglary has gone up in your area etc and continue with you need security from us etc its all read off a script to the point where i thought it was a recording at first.
Anyway after i stopped the guy from talking i said we already have security/cameras etc that connect to our phones and warn us in realtime and that he shouldnt be calling because we are TPS registered.
This company should be fined for cold calling people who are registered on TPS as they seem to be doing it to lots of other people.

Fantastic service! Professional installation, fully monitored burglar and fire alarm. It's already paid for itself by alerting the fire brigade and preventing what could have been a devastating fire.

there a horrible place to work for the promise full training thats a joke and tell you that you will be dealing with established customers you dont its cold calling mostly to old and vunreble people even if the person you ring is going to a funeral your supposed to ask what time they will be bk!! disgusting and when you wont do that they sack you there a joke stay away from then they have no respect for you or the people they sell to unless you get people to part with there hard earned money then there happy!!!

COLD CALLING SCAMMERS! This company gave my elderly father (who has dementia) an unsolicited call and attempted to pressure-sell him a "smart home security system". The call agent used devious tactics, and resorted to lying when my father was losing interest. They said that their system could 'detect' a medical emergency within the household, which is absolute nonsense, and is obviously intended to entice the elderly into buying the system. They left a freephone number with my father '(+44) (0)808 108 4748' so that he could contact them to arrange a "no obligation quote", which would undoubtedly involve more pressure-selling and lying. When I phoned the number the staff were mostly rude and unhelpful; they repeatedly claimed that their supervisor was in a meeting when I asked to talk to them, when I then insisted to speak to the manager/owner they put me on hold and then hung up!

IN SUMMARY: COLD CALLERS, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY, THEIR STAFF ARE UNHELPFUL, THEY LIE ABOUT THE FUNCTIONS OF THEIR SYSTEM.

AVOID!
