Our company has been a customer of Smart Choice for almost 10 years. When we moved to a new building in New York City, Smart Choice did all the cabling for our phone and internet. The work was done flawlessly!

Their customer service is awesome! One call to their support number and you get a live person and the problems are quickly resolved. Two of their best technicians are Shirley Swanson and James.

Smartchoice handles our Hosted VOIP, AV, and Infrastructure for all our offices for the past 4 years. SCC conducted the cabling work for all our office moves, most recently in Manhattan in January 2017. They have done a tremendous job and Junior is a magician with the wires. Elisa Caro did a great job coordinating all the work and always met our needs no matter what outrageous requests we had! The customer service team is always very helpful and professional. We refer SCC to all our clients and we appreciate all the hard work!

We choose Smart Choice communications after an extensive search to replace our aging phone system. The software is user friendly and easy to learn. I can fix problems right from my mobile phone. If I have to reach out to customer service, they are always extremely helpful and follow up to ensure that what ever the issue, it was taken care of.

We've had SmartChoice for quite a while now and service has always been consistent. As with any business there are a few items that could be improved upon but whenever I have technical issues James H. is always ready and available to walk me through the fix.

I called Michelle T. one morning around 10am and told her I needed some new telephones our company. She sweetly said no problem. Very pleasant young lady always had our company in mind when I told her what I needed. Save us money too. I told her what I wanted and when I needed them by. I got my phones and work order completed my 3:00pm the same day with phones and all. Courteous walk through service as well. I really enjoyed the break since I was expecting two to three days wait. Michelle T. and Smart Choice are now my go to Team for all Communications needs.

SCC was great running cables for our new location in NYC, under short notice. Lorik handled our project very well with tact and white gloves, and we worked with Junior and others on-site who were also great. Would definitely look to use them as top candidate again for further work.

Smart Choice Communications conducted the cabling work for an office we moved into in Manhattan in early 2018. From the first interaction with them until the end of the project, they were extremely professional with great customer service skills and technical abilities. This was a great help to me as I managed this process remotely and I was really happy that I could depend on them to conduct a site visit without me there. They provided a quote which was very competitive and they took the initiative to conduct the site prep work without me needing to be there. They worked with building management and other contractors on site such that I didn't have to be in the middle of everything. When I eventually traveled on site, I could see that the work was expertly completed and they came back to finish the job following carpet installation and painting. The work was completed on time, within budget, and at a level of quality which was greater than I had expected. They always did exactly what they said they would. I would highly recommend them for any cabling work that you need in this area. I interacted with many individuals for the company, all of whom were very professional. Lorik Rockefeller was the Smart Choice employee who assisted me throughout the process and always provided a great level of service. He even took the extra step of coming on site following completion of the job to finalize all the paperwork and make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. We are a law firm in New York City with a practice limited to high net worth matrimonial matters. What we need to do in order to set us apart is be easily available 24/7. We can't have our clients dialing around, working through voicemail robots and we need to be cost effective. Since engaging SmartChoice our communications expenses as been reduced to a small fraction of what it was and our clients can contact us no matter where we are, anywhere in the world, with one call.

I would like to speak to integrity and transparency with this company first. I m a previous customer of AT&T and Vontage. We are a small company of 20 people and I spoke to a sales person and they are at their company by the name of Sherrie Moss. Sherry was initially speaking to me in regards to my HVAC company in this conversation started over a year ago. We had several conversations and she want me over with her personality as well as the things that the business offered including but not limited to the monthly charges. Do you want a pandemic I had time to stop and really look into the decision of moving our business phones we have been with Vantage for over eight years And my husband wanted to trim some of the spending and we saw an opportunity with switching over from Vantage to Smart choice. The go was a cut our bill in half and unbeknownst to us our bill would be raise by five dollars in our initial bill would be double when we received it. I spoke to everyone in the company that I could and I was told that all utilities companies charge a month in advance i ve been in business for over 28 years I ve never been charge a month in advance on any of my utility bills and anything that I was going to be charge I was told ahead of time the only thing that a company cannot let you know is how much the taxes and surcharges will be but they can t give you a percentage of what it might be so that you can kind of guesstimate. After I receive my bill and called the company very irritated because of their inability to be transparent, The only thing that I got was a lot of apologies and I m sorry I was supposed to tell you that that s not acceptable. I was tossed around from Sherrie to M$ichele to Elise. I feel taken advantage of for more than one reason I was told my bill would be $82 at the end my bill is $345 billed 2 month in advance.

My second grievance with this company is once you sign up there s a list of things that you need to do in order to get your phone system set up especially if you were taking your phone from one company to their company. I felt that this process should ve been told to me prior to my signing up with the company. so that I can have a level of expectation. It took us almost a month to get my phone system set up. Once everything was set up and the trans was complete, It took an addl week to get my phones connected. I dealt with all of this frustration to receive a $345 bill within 2 weeks of my phones being connected.

I want to cancel the service so bad but I can t because if I do I would have to pay them $2500-$3000 to get out of contract. So where I can t afford that because I am a small business and I know as they say they re used to dealing with multi million dollar business is not small businesses they re just getting into this arena one thing I need to know about this arena a business we are real people we are not corporations with several accountants to help spend and collect our money.

My responsibility in the matter is that I should ve followed my first mind it took them a year to get my business but during the pandemic we were trying to cut back on spending and wind up getting entangled with a company inferior to Vonage but more costly. I don t know what I could ve done differently because I did not have all the information to make a proper decision and I didn t know that I didn t have all the information. If you re a small business and you re not a multi million dollar company ask all the questions read their reviews and no company really bad to thousand So the five star reviews that you see reading with a grain salt then #readthisagain I can t make this up

We have been using Smart Choice Communications for more than 10 years and they have continued to maintain the highest level of customer service and addressed all our communication needs. Their technical knowledge has helped Financo manage moves, new office setups and communication upgrades. They setup a setup a disaster recovery system for our communications systems which is extremely dependable and being in a service industry our phones are critical. Smart Choice ticks all the boxes when looking for a full communications company to work with!
