Stayed @SLS Beverly hill Oct 11-16,2021. Staff was kind and professional,hotel is beautiful,pool is work of art,rooms are spacious.Parking is pretty expensive $60 per night! Biggest issue was the shower in the room, had serious leakage and been going on for years by the looks of it,Black purple and green mold build up was pretty crazy to see. Took some pics,cleaning staff didn t care,notified front end staff but doubt it ll be taken care of! I ll post pic and it was room 265,so if you planning stay make sure u stay away from this room,you can smell the mold every morn (no joke)

I was definitely looking forward to my stay here at sls Beveraly hills! But It was definitely a very mediocre stay and absolutely didn t feel like a luxury experience . It started off with a bad front desk experience and a manager that didn t have managerial skills! The carpet smells, there s bad dust in my room ( I have pictures for proof) and the cleaning is not great! Honestly to me the experience doesn t align with the price or the idea of a luxury experience. Totally not worth it. I ve stayed at the one in Miami and I definitely was basing that experience off how this stay would be, but I am totally disappointed and I Will never come back. Although; I did voice my reasons to the staff and they did try to make my stay better by offering some dine in food, they missed the whole principle realizing free stuff doesn t buy people over. Provide the service that people are expecting and treat everyone with the same respect. Very bad service! I Highly do not recommend if you are big on customer service. I will make another review and add the managers name!

Very sleek hotel. Low . Elegant fire places. Comfortable lobby chairs.

I'm not someone who writes reviews ever and I'll try to keep this one brief: I've had the opportunity to stay at many phenomenal hotels and resorts--Marriott properties and independents--and this is in my top 3. The property itself is beautiful, rooms are spacious and recently updated; and there's great food and entertainment at the resort/within walking distance if you're trying to avoid renting a car. I will 100% be returning to this property and am already recommending it to friends and family.

The #1, hands down thing I was most impressed by was from the moment I arrived to when my bags were being loaded into a cab to LAX I was blown away by the absolutely outstanding staff and their customer service skills. Special shout outs to: the brilliant Hannah at the front desk for the extra care she took checking us in, setting us up with the bathtub of my dreams and sharing her best secret beach spot; Victor, our breakfast server, for brightening my morning; and Trevor, our incredible server at the pool for each day of our stay, for putting up with us.

If you ve stayed in 5 star hotels around the world you will not like this hotel as it will feel like a 3 star hotel.

The hotel is basically an old building that was refurbished into a 3 star looking hotel. The reception has low ceiling, dark and confusing.

When we first arrived, the bellboys were not welcoming they were just standing and staring.

There are no dedicated staff for guest services call, they are the same staff in the reception. As they made us hold while standing in front of them for minutes while answering calls from outside.

Which means they are under-staffed and was rude and definitely not a 5-star welcome.

We waited 25 minutes for the bellboy to bring our bags to our rooms.

The rooms are big, the decor is very nice, but i wouldn t call it luxury . The bathroom is nice too, but the shower had very low and slow pressure which made it hard to shower.

I wouldn t visit again.

This hotel is very nice. They have a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. All rooms are cleaned to a high standard and the views from the rooms are very nice. And also, all the hotel staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay and a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

The service here was top notch, and the room impeccable. I have never slept so soundly at a hotel before. I appreciated all of the small touches throughout the hotel and appreciated their customer service. They promptly answered the phone; provided complementary coffee every day and the concierge was extremely helpful. I also loved that it was right next to a Trader Joe's. I would gladly stay here again.

I love remaining at this lodging to such an extent! Since it is entirely reasonable as well as the atmosphere of the spot is extremely unwinding! They additionally have a well disposed staff! I energetically prescribed this inn to every individual who needs to relax!

One my favorite hotels in LA. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Accommodating to returning and Bonvoy customers as well. Walking distance to 3rd St with some nice new restaurants and bars.

Excellent hotel! We stayed here just for a night because it was very conveniently located near the airport and a lot of restaurants, malls, clubs, and bars. The following stood out for me for the price paid, the room was large, bathroom amenities are very clean, and staff customer service was exceptionally polite. Overall a great place for a stay.
