I highly recommend this team. The receptionist was great and very helpful. I followed my RCP, Teresa Maker to Sleep Technologies. She is amazing and so good at what she does!! She is wonderful at getting back to me. I am very happy with Sleep Technologies.

Claudine....a registered nurse went out of her way to help me order supplies. This is not any part of her highly qualified job description but she picked up the phone..alleviated my frustration and got my supplies ordered. She even called back to follow up. Excellent customer service. This individual is superior and deserves a raise!!!
Sleep Technologies provided a new bi-pap machine to me and gave me instructions. They said they would be asking for the wifi unit back after a brief time. I was never able to get the Wi-fi unit to work and told them. They never asked for it back. I do not recall ever hearing back from them after that which was a few years ago. I have not used my bi-pap machine much over that time but that would be all the more reason I would think they would have contacted me.
I did get Robo calls from an 800 number periodically that was pushing supplies for me to buy. I ordered a nose pillow replacement once and got the whole unit instead of just the nose pillow replacement, obviously at a more expensive price than just the replacement piece would have cost. I have since blocked the 800 robo calls and get my parts online* for less than my co-pay after insurance has paid Sleep Tech its share of the cost.
Went to Sleep Technologies to get outfitted for a bipap. Jessica was very thorough in explaining about mask options and how the bipap functions. I am very pleased and highly recommend Sleep Technologies in Clackamas.
I am so pleased that the Oregon Clinic recommended that I contact Sleep Technologies for problems I believed I had with my Bi-pap equipment. I met with Christine Bonaduce and she helped me determine that my equipment was actually working properly. She also told me that if I had had an equipment failure that she would provide me with a loaner while they sent my equipment in for repair that would be paid for by medicare. This was really great since I had not purchased my equipment through Sleep Technologies and the company I did purchase from was unwilling to help me with my equipment concerns. I highly recommend Sleep Technologies.
They sent me supplies I never asked for, then billed me hundreds of dollars. When I called (over and over) they never answered the phone or returned my calls. Yet their automated calling system pesters me week in and week out to purchase more supplies. Dean.
Really friendly and knowledgeable staff! I spent about a half hour getting my many questions answered and then getting detailed instructions on how to better maintain my CPAP and add a new SoClean for even better hygiene. Lisa was enthusiastic in every way and I am going to not hesitate to go back.
We choose this company for my moms cpap..we got appt in person but they called us that it got cancelled due to pandemic? they said they were going to email the paperworks before sending the cpap to my mom. 3 weeks later nothing, called them almost everyday they keep saying they will send it but nothing. Customer service not helping, the guy we talked to we cannot hardly hear him lots of rooster crowing in the background... anyways, we are now looking for different company...
I am so pleased with my experience with Sleep Technologies. I have been to three doctors, 2 sleep centers, 4 sleep specialists for mask fittings, and another company for my supplies. Not one of them could solve my problem of poor mask seal after a significant weight loss. Then I saw Teresa at Sleep Technologies. She suspected that my problem was too high pressures and communicated with my doctor to get them changed. She found my machine to be defective and sent it for repairs. She knew exactly which mask would work for me and worked with me on which size nose pillows I needed. I am having great numbers and am sleeping much better. Most importantly, she cared to listen to me and follow up with me. She is a gem. I am a very happy camper now. Thank you so much
My first visit with Sleep Technologies was very informative. Victoria took her time to explain how life would be with a c-pap. She made sure I understood how everything worked. On June 2017, I had to change my sleep apnea equipment supplier, due to Medicare + supplemental insurance. It s always scary to change, but I got very pleasantly surprised. Not only are they very good on keeping track of my supplies, what I use, and what is covered by my insurance, and when I am due new supplies. They even call when the date for new supplies comes, to check what I need. All supplies are shipped out for free, and they provide free return shipping if a mistake is made. Their help to get the best benefits from the machine has been guided by the very caring, patient and knowable, Christine Bonaduce. I have been using email and telephone, with a response within 24 hours or less if I had a pressing issue. I notice a lot of complaints on billing issues for this company!?! I have never had those problems, but I have always made sure to request any of my medical services to check what my insurance covers, before any treatment, medication or other equipment has been accepted by me! I m super pleased with the service, knowledge and care that this company gives me!
This is horrible business!!!!!! very bad service when you needs them if you lucky for them to pick up the phone call from you and billing system is terrible unprofessional service.
They are THE WORST company to deal with, while the owner seemed like a nice guy, the staff is completely and thoroughly unable to accomplish the littlest thing. Nobody answers the phone you have to leave messages almost always and toward the end of the day FORGET IT. Clearly they ignore a ringing phone even though I repeatedly hit zero basically having it ring 50 times. They. Could. Care. Less. No answer because hey open to 5 means stop working at 4 riiiiight? That seems to be how they operate. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU MUST. After months of waiting on them I HAVE BEEN SCREWED OUT OF A REPAIR. It's shameful.
I had and continue to have great service from these people. Jessica took a great deal of time to explain the use of my CPAP. Anytime I have a question I can email her and I usually get an answer within 24 hours. I also have no problem getting my supplies.
My visit was to receive a new CPAP device prescribed by my Doctor. All went well, Theresa as very very good at her job of explaining the new device and its many improvements over the 6 year old one I had. I was chatty and interrupted her several times but she had patience with me which I admired in someone who was in customer service.
Great customer service here. Lidia is amazing and is always so patient and nice on the phone. I appreciate that and commend Sleep Technologies for hiring and retaining a great employee like Lidia!
Will NEVER do business with this company again. It took almost 1 1/2 years and a gross amount of supplies for them to let me know the insurance was not paying. Now I have an almost $800 bill. These supplies are available online for a fraction of the cost. People wonder what is wrong with our health care system...... THIS is what's wrong.
I have been getting my CPAP machines and replacement supplies from Sleep Technologies for quite a few years. I've been extremely impressed with their in-person experiences, ie machine and mask fittings. However their replacement supplies process has been less than impressive. On my last sleep doctor visit (a few months ago) I asked for the name of an alternate supply source. He told me Sleep Technologies had just assured him they had addressed their supply issues and to give them another chance. I'm glad I did...this was a great experience. Claudine quickly answered my chat and phoned me back immediately. I couldn't have been happier with my interaction with her and I got my order a couple days later. They've upped their game big time.
After several years of getting my CPAP supplies from Sleep Technologies in Vancouver, I returned there in May 2019 and met with Barbara to get acquainted with my replacement ResMed Airsense 10 AutoSet CPAP. This was my fifth every-five-years-a-new-machine. Barbara was well organized with details checklists, forms to sign, and an item-by-item walk-through of the new CPAP's features. She got my attention by comparing this new CPAP to the older model, which gave me a frame of reference and an appreciation of the new features. Barbara wasn't hurried and she answered the half dozen questions in language I could readily understand. After trying other CPAP suppliers in the area, I found the greatest efficient and personable support with Sleep Technologies conveniently located near the Vancouver Mall.
