On June 2017, I had to change my sleep apnea equipment supplier, due to Medicare + supplemental insurance. It s always scary to change, but I got very pleasantly surprised. Not only are they very good on keeping track of my supplies, what I use, and what is covered by my insurance, and when I am due new supplies. They even call when the date for new supplies comes, to check what I need. All supplies are shipped out for free, and they provide free return shipping if a mistake is made. Their help to get the best benefits from the machine has been guided by the very caring, patient and knowable, Christine Bonaduce. I have been using email and telephone, with a response within 24 hours or less if I had a pressing issue. I notice a lot of complaints on billing issues for this company!?! I have never had those problems, but I have always made sure to request any of my medical services to check what my insurance covers, before any treatment, medication or other equipment has been accepted by me!
I m super pleased with the service, knowledge and care that this company gives me!
