Staff is inconsiderate and borderline incompetent....

Staff is inconsiderate and borderline incompetent. Took over a month of phone tag to get first appointment with promises of return calls that never happened. Finally get an appointment and the person I was to meet with had multiple appointments for the same time slot. If you truly have trouble sleeping, pick a different study center to help you out.

Speaking of my own experience a few years ago, I only have good things to say about this clinic. The team I worked with was great, my sleep study was conducted without incident and I had no problems getting my CPAP machine. Now years later, I need a new machine and I got through to the clinic on my first call. I spoke with Micha who was very professional and ready to help straighten out a hold-up I had with the referral for a new machine. I spoke with her on a Friday and she promptly called back on the following Monday to be sure both I and my insurance company, had all necessary info to replace my unit. I'm sorry to see so many bad reviews here but am hoping that as my son always says, the satisfied customers have nothing to complain about so you don't see their reviews. Thanks Micha!

I worked there for a week and a half and had to quit because of numerous issues.

1: They hire people and do not properly train them, they expect you to just figure it out on your own.

2: They have FOUR locations and only ONE receptionist for all of them.

3: The phone does not allow you to dial extensions, they give patients their extinction but they cannot dial them. They need to make an automated message with the option to dial an extension, or press a number for the department or extension they want. I believe this will cut down on angry patients and make things run smoothly.

4: Their entire process is unorganized, and they rely solely on notes that were entered by employees.

I could go on and on because there is much more. Please do your research before you select a company. Patient or potential employee, just make sure you do your homework.

Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. My sleep study went smoothly and Theresa did a great job! My only complaint is that it took about 90 minutes before I was hooked up, and it was hard to stay awake!

It's been a,week since I took my referral in, to make an appointment. A man there took it, and said he would give it to the scheduler, and she would call me that day to make an appointment. Well, over the past week, I've called and gotten a pick up/hang up, I've called and left messages to please return my call and make an appointment, and now I've called only to be told that some other person does scheduling and she's busy. This place has serious problems with customer service.

A waste of time. Spent 3 months trying to get a scheduled consultation only to be referred to my dentist by the person scheduling appointments. Never got to see any doctor or had a consultation. Even my doctors office was having problems getting a straight answer out of them. Eventually got another referral and had an appointment scheduled within the hour. Look elsewhere for support unless you want to spend frustrating hours on the phone and sending endless pieces of paper with little or no response. Personally I am amazed they stay in business

This place is a joke, dont waste your time. Need machine for DOT compliance. Setup auto ship of supplies every 3 months. Supposed to receive supplies in November, here it is the 2nd week of December and still nothing. Have called 4 times and get the same answer. Either the supplies person is out of the office today or should be shipped out soon. I'll be calling another sleep doctor and take my business elsewhere. Real quick to get your money for the machine and the test, afterwards nobody can help with anything.

I'm not thrilled with this place. Each time the doctor has told me a lab tech will be in contact with me, they aren't and I have to email back a week or two later to ask again. I was supposed to get replacement parts sent to me early March and I haven't heard anything about them being shipped. I spoke to the lab tech and she admitted they are behind and short-staffed. I get that, but sadly my sleep apnea does not. I'm not confident my parts would be ready to be shipped tomorrow had I not called. Everyone there has been nice and kind so I feel comfortable with them, but I'm losing faith in the timeliness of their services. I am considering going somewhere else.

Had sleep study done there in 2011 needed cpap data read for DOT certification and no one knows how to retrieve the data! contacted manufacturer found out how it's done but has to be done by a sleep study tech so I called and left message with tech two days ago still no return call! I can't drive work truck until this done. Would not recommend having anything done there.

I had a great experience with this service. Everyone was friendly and informative. My sleep studies went well and my health has improved greatly. I'm so happy now and have energy. I can't say anything bad about this place.

The study was OK, but scheduling, billing, follow up and supply replenishment is abysmal.
Have not received one, I repeat, one resupply, which is supposed to be automatic. AT least they haven't been billing me for it.

Bren playing phone tag for a month. Never return phone calls when they say they will, don't answer the phone half the time, and the first time I called the lady tried to tell me I wasn't in the system when I was! Go anywhere else!

If I could give this place negative stars I would.
I've now spent over 6 weeks trying to get an appointment for my husband and have gotten nothing but the run around and a whole lot of nonsense and lies.
Lois, the case manager will SWEAR She will call you back 1st thing Monday. She won't.
Elizabeth the scheduler can't send out an email can't return a phone call and can't even schedule a appointment. How this place stays in business is beyond me as this is the worst case of office staff incompetence I have ever seen.
Customer service is non existent professionalism is non existent courtesy is non existent.
DO NOT GO HERE.

I m a current patient at this office. I think the service and professionalism is great. But my biggest complaint is that their payment/billing system isn t automated enough, if not at all. Be sure to keep your receipts when you pay a bill upfront because I have had several instances (ever since I started coming here) where I received a statement in the mail saying that my payment was overdue when I had in fact paid the bill. I come to find out that the payment process from this office is highly dependent on the staff person at the front desk (the same one who hands the receipt), she has to to go into the system and flag payments so that the information will be sent to their billing office. This has always happened to my billing every time I visit and pay, as if she forgets to do it. And there s a clear indication that she s the only one in that office who knows how to flag these payments because if she s off a certain day you come in to address the issue, no one else in that office knows how to do what she does. I don t fault her when these things happen though. This office needs to implement a fully automated process to that pushes payment information to the billing office w/o her manually having do something. Anyway, the first year was tough, as I had to come back several times for diagnostics, and had to learn to keep my receipts because I to address wrongful overdue payments every time. Now, I only visit once a year for the annual cpap checkups. I still come to this office only because I literally live around the corner from it

This office needs to implement an online payment system too. I shouldn t have to get off early from work to get to there before it closes to pay a bill.

Horrible.

Horrible.
My husband went for a sleep study about 5 years ago when they were pretty new and it was horrible. 5 years later, we thought we may have a better experience as they have resolved some issues and the staff was different. It is worse. It has been months since we first called to try to get my husband a new CPAP. He recently went in for his second sleep study (with co-pay) and it is 2 business weeks until he gets the results. Then they will schedule an appointment. They cancelled his first study and pushed it back. WHen I tried to get the results of the first (because they didn't call us) I called 9 times, they never answered the phone. The next day I left messages and they didn't call me back. Finally I pressed the extension for the Secretary and told her I wasn't getting off the line until someone spoke with me. Meanwhile, my husband has not slept well in months. I am disgusted by the office administration and policies. Next time we will schedule an at home sleep study or go to the hospital.

I am so disappointed in their customer service. I want my results and want to know what the next step is!

This process is a huge pain. If you have other options with your insurance company: take them. I am six weeks into this and still don't have the CPAP that I had to co-pay over $300. Poor service and lousy communications. The costs clearly take advantage of people and their insurance. The delivery method has left me breathless...

Avoid this place like the plague if at all possible. They lie, (I actually overheard the receptionist and the fat "Dr." discussing telling patients they came the wrong day so they could leave early). She told me I was there a day early and someone else had sent an email to me of the date change, (which I never got), and come back tomorrow. Then they took forever to get back to my doctor with the results and I had to call them numerous times and of course - they were waiting for my doctors response which was another lie. I had the in home study done toward the end of may and here it is July 8 and I still don't have the machine.
