Horrible.

Horrible.
My husband went for a sleep study about 5 years ago when they were pretty new and it was horrible. 5 years later, we thought we may have a better experience as they have resolved some issues and the staff was different. It is worse. It has been months since we first called to try to get my husband a new CPAP. He recently went in for his second sleep study (with co-pay) and it is 2 business weeks until he gets the results. Then they will schedule an appointment. They cancelled his first study and pushed it back. WHen I tried to get the results of the first (because they didn't call us) I called 9 times, they never answered the phone. The next day I left messages and they didn't call me back. Finally I pressed the extension for the Secretary and told her I wasn't getting off the line until someone spoke with me. Meanwhile, my husband has not slept well in months. I am disgusted by the office administration and policies. Next time we will schedule an at home sleep study or go to the hospital.
