I worked there for a week and a half and had to quit because of numerous issues.

1: They hire people and do not properly train them, they expect you to just figure it out on your own.

2: They have FOUR locations and only ONE receptionist for all of them.

3: The phone does not allow you to dial extensions, they give patients their extinction but they cannot dial them. They need to make an automated message with the option to dial an extension, or press a number for the department or extension they want. I believe this will cut down on angry patients and make things run smoothly.

4: Their entire process is unorganized, and they rely solely on notes that were entered by employees.

I could go on and on because there is much more. Please do your research before you select a company. Patient or potential employee, just make sure you do your homework.
