Kind of a ghetto place. It's basically a giant rootop hottub with a steam room and a sauna. If they only had a gym it might be as nice as some newer condos.

If you got no other choice and you really wanna a spa, it I'll do.

The young girl talking on the cell, the girls chatting in the silent sauna, the girls doing selfies in the whirlwind, the bff who bitchent their men in the whirlwind, the 3-4 strangers who getogether under the yard ... It's the first time I've been to such a busy spa! I may have missed something but the primary purpose of this kind of place is not it relaxation, letting go? A nice place, clean, to pass the time, but for those looking for peace and relaxation, you better go to a real Nordic spa!

I really liked my experience at the skyspa dix30. The staff are very welcoming and professional. The environment is very beautiful and warm.

I really enjoyed my experience at Skyspa under the stars (I went there in the evening). However, two small caveats: bathrobes that are not included ($ 10 surcharge) and some people spoke loudly and no one warned them. Nevertheless, I had a good time relaxing.

I've enjoyed every visit I had at SKYSPA DIX30. Well located. Free parking. The staff is very professional. THe place is well maintained. The waters and saunas are so wonderful. The eucalyptus steam room is my favourite one. Great way to relax! I definetly recommend it!

Nothing is more unpleasant than to afford the total and be disappointed with each treatment. You start with a massage and your massage says that it is a cash industry there and during the facial, the lady talks about her religion (Muslim) and does not let you push her criss of products all along the care and just keep talking. I pay to relax and relax (I told her and she was swaying) Also a massage of hair with rubber bands on wet hair was extremely unpleasant. Pay for 60 min and get 40 and have it say she's going to hurry because she has another client. Excuse me but I was on time, she was still 10 minutes late and penalizes her client. The girl of the restaurant advises you not to eat some items on the menu and you have the young person at the counter who tries to pass a little fast ($). So we do not care that you sucked a guy yesterday in the bathroom of a bar, it's not professional and honestly it's not our business. Ridiculous this spa, no professionalism and VERY bad care, service and quality ... uh what quality? Any! We never go to this place again.

Very nice place, I highly recommend going there in the evening, since the scenery becomes even more breathtaking. Since the spa is outside, we can see the highway and night life at DIX30. There is a good diversity of hot baths, but still, I went in a rather quiet period, I can not say if the spa can become overloaded. I highly recommend for a girls' outing or a couple's night out.

In an industry where the client experience is everything, Sky Spa is something. Something poor.

I booked 2 - 60 min massages and a thermal experience for a guest and myself. (Around 250$)

We were barely greeted by a grunted employee, upon our arrival.

They don't supply water bottles and bathrobes, unless you pay an additional prices. This is sub standard in such industry, and they didn't mention any of this when I booked the massages in questions. They handle you towels, so you basically go around naked, wrapped in a towel in the public area, where you have to fill the massage forms, holding your towels around yourself.

My massage started 15 min (5:15) late and finished at 6:01. When I asked if they are going to make up for the delay in starting my massage, the answer was no.
Apparently, the failure of the therapist to set room on time is some sort of the client's fault, for the Sky Spa.
Thermal experience was OK.

Bottom line : Feels like a rip off. First time I ever got that feeling at a spa.

Worst spa where I went. Once we had booked two massages my boyfriend and me. At the very time of the appointment we are told that the girl who was supposed to massage us has not entered. I went back again after this bad experience and this time there was no more hot water to wash before leaving. I will not stay there again.

When it comes to choosing spas, my boyfriend and I enjoy going to SkySpa. We love the flexibility the spa offers in terms of opening hours and the soft speaking areas!

Just terrible, this was suppose to be a relaxing experience but instead I m still stressed about it a day after. I took an appointment 2 weeks for 2 people and come to the appointment (with our very busy life) I must of forgotten I had an appointment because I received a call from Sky spa 10Min after my massage started to ask if I was coming.I said couldn t you send me a reminder 24hrs before. They said they don t do that. The lady offered to reschedule the appointments but it cost over 70$, 30$ plus taxes for each massage. I asked out of curtesy to just please charge me for one massage instead of two they refused and said if I wanted to cancel they would charge two full Massage price. That was very upsetting so I just rescheduled with a very high charge and I asked them this time can they call, text or email so this doesn t happen again. They said they don t do that, I asked out of curtesy against can they make a phone call set a reminder for their customer who asked. They re response was set in on your own agenda it s not our responsibility . I understand that there is a time that s reserved but if they can t even send reminders to clients how can they charge so much just for rescheduling or canceling. There a no customer service. Business is just business to them. They don t deal with people well yet it s people who made there business. I hope they close down and never reopen. There not compliant and take people hard working money for nothing. I have to go back so I don t lose over 200$ but they won t ever see me give them a good review or go back there. Like I said this was suppose to be relaxing experience and instead was more stressful, that I even had to write a review. I m sure you can find better massotherapiste on KiJIji.

I discovered the treatments at skyspa, and I definitely recommend! Despite the current situation, all the staff are welcoming and attentive. I can't wait to try the baths and other services when it fully reopens.

I don t recommend it. Last week I went for doing a facial treatment and according to their website they should apply the best regimen for my skin type but what happened is since then my face has a lot of pimples. It really makes me disappointed because i was looking for exactly the opposite

Amazing service. Naomie at the reception went above and beyond. I truly appreciated her dedication and patience. My daughter and I both had massages and facials and we were both very impressed with the staff and service received. The healthy dinner was absolutely delicious. I also experienced the aufguss ritual, a few weeks ago on a full moon night, and was blown away with the experience. Truly recommend this place for all that it has to offer. Thank you again Sky Spa

I love doing the Spa it has helped me a lot for my back since my car accident a few years ago. I also loved the redo foot massage . I love the staff are always courteous and ready to answer questions. Super good wow food and very good choices.

Great experience at the sky spa dix30. Very good reception by the people at the reception. I did the hot stone massage with Sylvain. I recommend it 100%, great massage I loved the experience and Sylvain is excellent.

Nice place, great view and good food. Just be warned that the bathrobes available for rental are super tiny and won't fit anyone over a size M-L. (I'm usually a S and the XL fit me nicely).

Welcoming and super nice staff. They are happy to help and give good advice to make the most of the visit if it is your first time. The massage is DECENT! We feel light afterwards and the massage therapists are attentive to your needs and really care about your comfort. The thermal experience is great and the aufguss lessons are challenging but really good! Bistro dishes are to try. The poutine is original and good! Truly this spa is worth the detour!

my entire experience was amazing ! It is a very relaxing environment , the therapists are very qualified and meet your expectations. The food is delicious and everyone is very polite! This is the perfect get away place to find yourself and your inner comfort ;) and everyone involved at sky spa will assure this!

During my last visit to SKYSPA with my sisters, I was able to completely rest since the spa was not crowded with people (despite that it was during the holiday season) and I was totally satisfied with the service, whether at the reception or at the bistro. My sisters and I were even able to get beauty treatments and massages at 50% off, since there were last minute cancellations that day. This allowed me to discover one of the treatments it offered there and makes me want to go back there soon!

I always go to Skyspa for my massages. The staff is nice and the therapists listened to my needs before and during the treatment. I had great experiences. Highly recommended!

Lovely atmosphere and staff. Professional and quiet. I recommend weekday mornings for the thermal circuit as it can get pretty busy as of noon.

A few hours at SkySpa Dix30 ... it puts you back on the "peak" :)! The staff are welcoming, the premises are clean, and the treatments are really good!

This is the 2nd time I go there. The service is always warm and friendly. Each time, I had a full body Swedish massage of 60 minutes that leaves me all soft. I also had a facial two years ago that left my skin so bright that even my boyfriend saw the difference.

The thermotherapy space is still small, but that's all we need.

Finally, we had the ausgauss with Jean Matthieu. It was INTENSE as experience (and maybe not recommended for all, kind, heat and humidity are so high, I almost gave up several times along the way), but the relaxing effect is second to none .

I'll be honest, I answered my daughter's place because I give her gift certificates at Christmas and her birthday. She is a regular customer from your home and I thought that if I won a little something, I would give it to her because she goes there quite often.

Very clean place with beautiful people and amazing ambiance. I love the feeling of escape and SKYSPA is the spot that makes you feel in another dimension with the best vibe.

A good spa all in all, the view can't be beat.
It is an amazing view and you see it from almost any where when you are there.
The place is clean, and there is always staff walking around taking care of it.
The only thing that I was disappointed about was the hot water tub, as it wasn't hot at all. It was Luke warm water. Which makes it quite hard to do the cycle after.
Definitely a place to try, and will go again, as it is well priced.
Yet here are things that I will bring with me and prepare for.
1. Bring a bottle of water (Full one) I didn't see a water fountain.
2. Capitalize more on the Sauna room and Vapor room as they are quite strong.
3. Come between Monday and Thursday as the price is cheaper.

I had a $ 120.00 gift card and when I booked I said it was for two and I wanted the $ 60 relaxation massage made I had to pay $ 90 from my pocket because never have they told me that the end-of-the-week was just 90-minute messages, I was as if I was paying, otherwise I was paying a penalty. Really very disappointed.

Tried the Aufguss experience this time was refreshing. Ammenities available: bistro, bar, massage rooms, 1 cold pool, 2 hot pools, 2 saunas, 1 vapour room and a quiet room, seating with heating and fire place. Small spa in the city, plesant staff.

Good clean location. Massages were on time and professional. Small place however will designed for space. Maybe add a bit more than cotton swabs in the bathrooms. Shampoo in showers could be improved.

We called to take an appointent for massage and the thermal experience , the person on the phone told us to bring our own sandals but never mentioned anything about Bathrobe so we show up there and realized that we forgot the sandals so we decided to buy them from there but then the lady at the front told us we don t get any bathrobe and wanted us to pay for them and I wouldn t mind but they never informed us that we needed to bring our own,

Really like coming here to relax. The atmosphere is so relaxing the minute you walk out of the elevators. Staff is always professional and nice.

Nice experience as a whole. However disappointed with my care with hot stones. For connoisseurs, this is not a hot stone massage. You get flattered by fake stones, sometimes hot, sometimes lukewarm. Servive of my impeccable massage therapist.

What a horribly over priced spa. For a 90 minute massage, you cannot get a robe unless you pay for a rental. They do not provide sandals unless you buy they. Sky Spa will not make an exception even for out of town guests.

The massage today was freezing! The door to the pools was broken and the facility was super cold. I was chilled my entire massage.

I would highly recommend that all visitors avoid this spa.

We arrive there from Montreal with 1 hour of road because of the traffic and we are told that there is more room and waiting time is indeterminate since there is no time limit. It's disappointing, there should be a time limit on busy nights and reservations.

SkySpa offers some great service from great massage professionals. I have never had a bad massage there, they have all been excellent and have helped me a lot with my back pains! The quality of services offered are all exceptional!

I like this spa however you have to go the less busy days otherwise we do not really relax because other guests speak loud enough. Otherwise the facilities are impeccable.
