Poor customer service, called to check a status of my order. The gentleman that took my call was extremely short and rude on the phone to me. My most recent order will be my last.

I haven t received my order yet so I can t rate the quality, however.......I had to call and check on my order after 25 days of waiting. I found out my order hasn t even shipped and probably won t until early March. Apparently they are waiting on the shocks. A quick email to let me know would have been nice or maybe furnish other shocks of equal or better quality. So far I m not all that impressed.
