I had a situation with the gentleman that answers the phone, very rude and inconsiderate. I drove all the way to the school to see the principal, total turn around she was warm, very considerate and she answered all my concerns. MLSMy grand Daughter likes it here.
It is an amazing school with a wonderful atmosphere. Students are able to work at their own pace while having teachers available for help and questions. The teachers are wonderful and truly do care for the students and their success.
There are some amazing changes coming to Promise Academy for this upcoming 2018-2019 school year! This year students can expect a new team full of caring, highly-qualified, and engaging individuals who are dedicated to helping students graduate and meet their career and post-secondary goals. What an exciting time to be part of the Promise family!!
Nobody likes to answer the phone! I have been calling the school since 9:13am about an ongoing incident regarding my daughter & the security guard. The phone just rings! Very unprofessional!
UPDATE: it s now 2:22pm; still no answer. even my attorney called; no answer! but we re supposed to trust you with our children!?

Update: Had to fix my typos, but I want to thank everyone who made it possible for me to get my high school diploma. I appreciate y'all being so patient with me. No matter what y'all still see futures in people and will help them by all means. Even take out extra time to help them understand. I am proud to have graduated from promise academy, where everybody has patients, take out the time and care for their students. I wish when I first wrote a review I explained all of this. Again, thank you. Y'all made it possible. Than after I graduated college 2019 as an medical office administrator.
