THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience
My first time sky diving couldn t have gone any better.
Rodger (instructor) and Charles (Video) made me feel right at home and there were tons of other employees (reception/ticketing to others) who made me feel very comfortable.

I would be returning to train to quit my day job to pursue this as a lifestyle.

The video disclaimer however is scary & probably outdated - from the inventor of the failsafe parachute. Besides that - experience was amazing.

And most important - can t believe I did this.

Went tandem skydiving for my birthday. The instructor was Tim Koeppen and he was amazing. He made me feel safe and gave me tips to enjoy the ride down. Bought another jump for this year just for something fun to look forward to. Can t wait to be back!

Went for a first time tandem jump for my friend s birthday and it was amazing. Everyone here has a lot of experience and makes the process easy and informative. My instructor Chad was calm, clear, and made the canopy ride down a blast. Thank you all for a once in a lifetime experience.

Excellent experience. First time diver since I always basically had a fear of heights it was time to do something. Christian made the entire process extremely comfortable! I'm telling you right now all your worries dissappear once you make the jump.

Very bad service the worst was as a tourist and I could not make it was so sad was the day of my birthday and they ruined it very racist ignored me fill the contract with help from a friend and they simply ignored me until I decided to leave I do not know how They cater to tourists for my very bad place. I attended on May 4 as my gift and ahun I do not think they did not attend to me.

It was awesome! My friend and I had an amazing time and can't wait to do it again. The instructors were super cool and the facility was really nice. I am recommending Skydive Chicago to everybody. There is no place else that I would've wanted to jump 13,000 feet out of a plane.

Woohoo! What a wild ride! The facility was extremely structured with kind and friendly staff. The environment was very positive with a great vibe. I was a first timer, so a huge shout out goes out to Tim, my instructor, for making it a very memorable experience. Not only was he patient, but he kept me calm and laughing. I cannot wait to do it again!

I had my first tandem jump with Christian Cody on Saturday. Such an amazing experience! From the beginning, registration to picking up our photos, full professionalism and fun at the same time! Christian was an amazing instructor and made the experience safe and fun! My husband and myself bought the picture and video package and highly recommend it to anyone who is jumping for the first time. Great memories! Can't wait to do it again!

So, this experience was truly amazing. Vince honestly made my tandem jump worth the cloud delayed waits. He and our fun/chill camera guy made me fell relaxed, comfortable, and excited for the "jump" (more of a fall).

Vince was very informative and read my body language when I got a little anxious as everyone before me was jumping... I wasn't audible with it or anything. My body just stiffened up a bit. He kept me breathing and having a great time.

The free fall was a lot more windy than I anticipated. It would have been better with a helmet on. My favorite part was the gliding. I LOVED the dynamics of the parachute and the view... Wow!

I will DEFINITELY be back. I wish I could request Vince.

I just had went for the first time yesterday (8/6/2020) and WOW! What an AWESOME experience!!!! I obviously was nervous as heck going but people there made my experience even better!! I cannot wait to go next time!! I definitely plan on doing that soon! I loved every minute of it! :)

I am terrified of heights but I decided to take the chance and jump and now I'm coming back for more. My tandem Johny made me feel so comfortable and he made the experience a lot more fun and enjoyable. I want to request him for my next jump for sure and hopefully he'll be available when I come back.

For 10 seconds I screamed like a little girl, not out of fear, not out of regret but out of pure sheer terror for a feeling I have never felt in my entire life and it. WAS. AWESOME!!!!

This has been on my bucket list for a very long time, I am very happy I got to experience it for my birthday! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are just as excited as you are for your jump! I encourage people to get the Ultimate Media Package, you forget all about your jump and the adrenaline rush, but at least you'll have something to look back at. The craziest thing I've ever done, wasn't jumping off an airplane but waiting for someone to tag along. Don't be afraid to go alone! It's so much fun!

My first time skydiving was an absolutely amazing and thrilling experience with these guys!
We filled out our paperwork, watched a brief video and watched the other sky divers come down as we waited.
There are some people who think that skydiving is "just falling". Those people are wrong! Believe me when I say it is truly life changing. Once you've jumped (or been pushed :-) ) from an airplane (or seen your son jump from an airplane) your perception of the world around you changes. The very fact that you've conquered something as challenging as skydiving is totally empowering!
I couldn't have done it without the amazing community of people that surround the sport or should I say life style at Chicago Skyline. You guys are the friendliest people I've ever met, incredible people, from all walks of life, who come together to do the thing they love most and call each other family. You guys are the most supportive, welcoming and accepting group of people I could have hoped to have met.
I can't express enough how awesome the whole staff is, totally top notch!!
They all have a great sense of humor, but are absolute professionals and make you feel very comfortable and safe from the start. I definitely recommend springing for the video!

The whole experience was amazing, each one of the team members was so welcoming. Matteo made the experience absolutely great. Definitely looking forward to going back. It was a breathtaking experience literally lol.

The skydive was great but be prepared to wait. I booked a reservation for 12:00 and didn't go up until after 3:30. It wasn't a problem with weather. They need a better reservation system.

My first jump was a blast! Jumped with Ryan Clair. We did 360's, Barrel rolls and, possibly went upside down. Felt Zero G's as well.

Can't wait to go again!

This was an amazing experience I would easily do it again. My instructor Christian Cody was legendary if I could I would request for him to dive with me again. I highly recommend every single person to do this at least once in their life.

Rogers Stark and Marcus Zucoi were amazing as tandem instructors! They were thorough to explain the entire procedure and were very funny which helped decrease any pending anxiety in behalf of my husband and I. This was our second tandem jump and an overall terrific experience!

My first tandem jump was such a great experience! The atmosphere at Skydive Chicago was so relaxing, Linley was so much fun to jump with. I can t wait to return!

Never in my life have i ever wrote a review for anything but it will be ashame if i didn't brag about Skydive Chicago. For someone who's scared to climb a lader i can't believe i flew out of an airplane. Jeff, my instructor, I LOVE YOU man. I will never forget you nor my experience. If this is your first time skydiving i highly recommend Skydive Chicago. Every one was happy, smiling and supper positive. No room for nervousness. Great price for such a priceless experience. I highly recommend doing the video and photos if its your first time. They have the best camera crew nd the best cameras. I still feel the thrill nd excitement everytime i think about it. Screw fear and live life!! Thank you Skydive for changing my life!!!!

Ryan was absolutely incredible in every single way. I didn't know I was going skydiving until my sister and her fiance told me in the car on the way there (surprise birthday gift) and I was in complete shock. Being terrified of heights and never planning on going skydiving in my life, I was scared out of my mind. Ryan's personality, expertise and all around positive attitude really helped me feel comfortable and be courageous. He made sure to walk through exactly what was happening at all times and was so encouraging, all the way up...and all the way down.

It was an unforgettable experience and I cannot thank Ryan and the Skydive Chicago staff enough for the time of my life! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I had the pleasure to sky dive for my first time with Skydive Chicago and it was a sensational thrill! My instructor was Christian Cody and he was fantastic. He was not only professional and reassuring, but was a very personable and hysterical diver. Big shout out to Christian! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My only tip for future drivers who purchase the video package is to try to look and stay looking at the camera before falling off the plane. It makes for a better reaction in the video. I hope to come back and dive again in the future!

4 family members went for the first time today and had a BLAST! Top notch staff and extremely professional. They all want to go again....SOON!

This is an absolutely spectacular place to skydive. It was very organized and reasonably priced for both the jump and the selfie pictures. The people who work here are incredibly knowledgeable. They went over the jump a few times to make sure you know what your doing. They make sure to remind you to have fun and the jump guys make it a blast. The guy I jumped with had 21 years experience and really nice. He took some great selfies of our jump. I felt very comfortable. It was an incredible experience and amazing. I would highly recommend these people.

SKYDIVE CHICAGO IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Had the best experience ever going with my best friend for my 18th b-day. The facility is awesome/professional and everything is explained perfectly! My friend and I were so excited to skydive for the first time and at such wonderful place. Did the tandem jump with Rogers Stack and he was super incredible, he made sure everything was explained and done perfectly. He made sure everything was very secure, he was very calming and fun, & he made my experience excellent!! I got the photos/video package and it was totally worth it, Charles was awesome and made my photos/videos perfectly. Everyone there was really professional but super funny and chill, the team at skydive Chicago really added on to such a breathtaking event and I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Seriously rad time, can t wait to come back with my best friend for a ton more jumps!!! Definitely Recommend skydiving and this place 11/10!!!!! We can t stop smiling lol

Waited until my 40th birthday to do my first tandem skydive. Why did I wait so long?! Excellent facility with great staff and instructors. I really like how they treat your first tandem as your first lesson towards the ultimate goal of becoming a licensed skydiver. I jumped with Dan who was teaching me all the safety checklist items and covered a few basics of jumping. Made the jump a lot of fun. I've already booked my second jumped!

Update: I've started AFP; couldnt resist the call of the sky. Now that I've gotten to know the staff, I have nothing to say but great things about everyone.

I jumped for the first time this weekend and it was awesome! Ryan was a great instructor. I would definitely recommend Skydive Chicago. Cant' wait to go again.

This was my second jump at Skydive Chicago. My first jump was with Angie and my second jump was with Christian. Both were extremely personable, friendly and taught me what I needed to know. During my jump with Christian I was able to pull the chute on my own! I m I retested in maybe taking the skydiving certification class so we will see. Skydive Chicago was also extremely organized in regards to Covid-19. Thank you for making my experience memorable, yet again!

Jessie was a fantastic tandem instructor!! Had a blast! The whole team was super fun and safe, it's an awesome thrill!

You have to pay $75 to get in and wait three hours for 90 seconds up there and then pay another $30 just to get your picture back

Skydive Chicago is the gold standard when it comes to skydiving here in the Midwest. Last Saturday, June 1st, I got to experience the biggest rush in my life all thanks to Skydive Chicago. I had my Skydive appointment scheduled about a month in advance and the Skydive Chicago team does a fantastic job and sending you confirmation emails, along with keeping you informed about weather changes that might be happening closer to when you fly.

On the day that we were scheduled to fly, we had some ugly weather that was rolling in, I kid you not - I called Skydive Chicago three times that morning (our flight was scheduled for 1pm) just to check and see how the weather was in Owatta (I live about an hour and a half north so the weather did vary) and the ladies that were working the reception desk that day were an absolute pleasure to work with. With me calling in and asking the same question three times you would think they would get annoyed but they answered all my questions and concerns to the best of their ability (I was asking them to basically predict the future) so the customer service level at Skydive Chicago is absolutely outstanding and something you will not find at any other Skydive places.

As soon as we arrived to the facility it was nothing but smooth sailing. We walked in and completed all of our paperwork and was then moved downstairs so we could conduct a classroom session with Chad just reviewing some basic flying procedures. The classroom session was great, I was able to (again) ask some very silly questions but Chad was ready to answer all of them. After we finished the classroom session we had about an hour and a half until our flight. There is a TON of stuff to do around the resort so you will not be bored. The food is A M A Z I N G and it's just a great atmosphere to be in.

Once it started getting closer to our drop time we then met our tandem partners and I was lucky enough to have Tim Koeppen as my Skydive partner and Charles who was behind the camera. Both Tim and Charles made my whole skydiving experience one I will never forget, they both had a great sense of humor, very personable, and most importantly their skydiving experience makes you feel like you've been doing this your whole life.
During our pre-flight Tim reviewed some basic instruction on what to do once we were in the air, since I had about 87 butterflies in my stomach I would say about 98.9% of the information Tim said while we were on the ground went through one ear and out the other. Tim answered every single one of my questions and reassured me I was in good hands, and I sure was. Charles did a perfect job and capturing every moment of my flight with his camera, and let me tell you I got some F A N T A S T I C pictures and the video that Charles produced should be up for an Oscar.

As soon as we dropped, Charles was able to spin me around while we were in the air and that reacquainted me back to real life and the rest of the way down was a breeze. Tim took control as soon as the parachute opened and we were soon just enjoying the amazing view that sprawled out in front of us, and if we were in the Olympics our landing would have scored a perfect 10/10, it was flawless!

As soon as we landed, Charles was able to put all the skydive media onto a flash drive and that was completed in less than 20 minutes...talk about efficient. I originally thought you had to wait a few days to get your pictures developed but nope not with Skydive Chicago, you're literally walking out with your pictures in hand. Tim and I reviewed the flight and to no surprise it was a huge success!

I cannot thank the entire Skydive Chicago enough for the professional you all exude. From the moment we arrived in Owatta from the moment we left it was such a great experience and I already booked my second flight!

If you want the best Skydiving experience, look no further!

She did a great job preparing me for the jump, walking through the movements in free fall and took some fun turns on the way down. Also, the video and photos of the jump were perfect (even with the terrified look on my face). Thanks for a great day and stoked to come jump again in the future!

Just do it. I had an amazing time. Everyone there is super professional and laid back at the same time. Cracking jokes to ease any anxiety you may have. I had Jonny as my instructor and I d probably request him if I d go back. I personally got the professional video packet and had all the footage Within 30 minutes of landing. Amazing quality btw. If you decide to do this, make sure you do a boomerang!!!!

My guide was a bit shaky & nervous about maintaining my energy for such a high-risk sport, but we pulled through & made our landing.

Went on my first dive with my friend. It was such a great experience. The staff where amazing. Instructor Christian made it more fun and interesting. It was a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it, if you haven t been here already.

The skydive itself was awesome!!!! Especially the freefall! I felt a little more comfortable since this was my 2nd tandem jump and my 3rd overall jump. I did a static line in the mid 90s. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the waiting. The jump was scheduled for 10am and we didn't jump until around 2pm.
Another thing that I didn't like was that the whole setup was more business like instead of a community setup like it was back in 2006 when I tandem jumped. In 2006 the camp site was closer to the hanger and it was like a barbeque picnic all day and all night. I didn't leave skydive Chicago that night until midnight, long after the group I came with left earlier that day. The skydivers made me feel like I was a part of their group. I didn't get that feeling this time around.

There was 30min of class and then you take off for the skydive. The crew was really friendly. My Instructor was Dan Baltarar. He was great. He made sure everything went well. Would recommend this place to all my friends for sure.

This weekend I had my second tandem. Just like the first time, I felt very secure from the prep, start to the landing.. The team is very professional, very well organised, equipment checked regularly as well. All information provided are detailed and comprehensive. The team is super friendly. Both times, I jumped with Tim. He is really great. From the prep on the ground, all information he gave me in the air, to the coaching in the air while falling. He is also sooo funny. I really recommend Sky Dive Chicago to anyone who has a courage and willingness to jump.

Once again amazing! Took my brother for his 21st! We had a blast. Rain was expecting to roll in and the crews worked hard to make sure everyone was comfortable yet got as many jumpers out as they could due to all the rainy weekends we ve been having. I jumped tandem with Dan B. - felt very comfortable! We also got the media package with photos and video. If it s your first time- I highly recommend or at least the still shots. If you re thinking about skydiving here, DO IT!! Incredible.

Overall I was impressed with the emphasis on safety and that's the biggest thing when you're jumping out of a plane. The weather was perfect and the wait wasn't too bad. I'd love to come back!

Had a great time at Skydive Chicago for my 1st tandem jump! All of the staff members from the receptionist to the camera man were all very polite, professional, and made the experience one of the best times I've ever had! The instructor that I jumped with (so sorry I forgot his name) made me feel comfortable dispite me feeling very nervous before the jump. He even landed us very smoothly right in front of my family that came to watch. Thanks for rush and yes I want to go again!

I loved my tandem jump with Charles at Skydive Chicago. The whole process was very easy and transparent, and they review all safety procedures with you several times before your jump and answer any questions you might have. Charles was great-he was thorough in his explanations, very friendly, and took the time to tell me about different aspects in the skydiving process. After the jump he debriefed with me, gave me some pointers, and explained how the next jump would be different if I came back. If you're thinking about skydiving definitely check out Skydive Chicago-they are very safety oriented, friendly, and supportive. I'll be back as soon as I can for my next jump.

It was amazing! I went with my cousins for my birthday and I was terrified! Tim who jumped with me really made my experience the best and got me to actually jump which I am SO happy about! Marcus, the photographer, calmed me down on the plane. Honestly the staff made the experience all the better. If you are wondering whether you should do it or not, DO IT!

I found myself entering Skydive Chicago, after committing to dive with my fiance! For 2 months, I tried not to envision the potential fear I'd feel once the plane door opened and all that awaited me literally was the sky. But this was an awesome experience and a way to show my fiance that we are in this together. This was never a bucket list item for me, but I can proudly add it and check it off! Life is to be lived!

I couldn't believe how professional everyone was, including my instructor Steve Y. We were moved through the process very efficiently. Would highly recommend jumping here, and staying at the fantastic campgrounds just steps away.

This place was awesome! Went for my first jump with my brother. * VINCE * was who I jumped with. He was great! Made sure I knew what was going on & made sure I was safe! He was the best. They got us up in the air with barely any wait at ALL. Also, get the video & photo package or you ll regret it!

That was the most amazing thing I have ever experienced in my life! For starters, the staff was so friendly, and my instructor was super great and helped me even though I was a nervous wreck. I remember that instant fear you feel the second you fly out of the plane, followed by a feeling that I can not even describe as you are flying in the air. It only lasts for like 10 seconds because then you are under a parachute floating out above the town. I am so happy that I decided to skydive, and I can not wait to try again sometime soon!!

We tried first last year and were rained out. Then we tried a month ago and the ground winds were too fast. The crew and staff are very concerned about safety all of the time, which is great as they take no chances. The third time, 7/5/2019 we got our Rain Check jump in. Everyone is really communicative, caring and friendly. They do top notch checks and keep you in the know on jump manifests, times, weather, etc. Great experience all the way around. Nice view also from 13.5k feet. ; o)

I recommend skydiving with Skydive Chicago! My husband and I had a great experience, everyone was extremely nice and helpful, we jumped not long after we arrived, and our instructors were friendly and knowledgeable. They made our experience unforgettable.

This place made one of the most amazing and terrifying things I have ever done completely seamless and thrilling. Due to weather there was a chance we wouldn't be able to jump but they made sure to squeeze my friend and I on one of the last planes heading up which was awesome. Donovan was my jumpmaster and did an incredible job of explaining everything to expect and made it easy to focus on how fun this experience was going to be rather than on the nerves. Unreal experience. The jump was well worth the weather delays and the wait! Marcus, along with the other guides my friends had, made us feel relaxed and comfortable to jump out of a plane with them.

Skydive Chicago allows their customers to experience something that cannot be duplicated somewhere else. They are knowledgable, friendly, and joke around with the jumpers in order to provide the best jump possible.

Huge thanks to Marcus who not only put up with my constant giggling, but also allowed me to steer the parachute once we were enjoying the canopy ride down. I could not have asked for a better jump!
