I would just like to take the time to share what an amazing experience we had with Global Finance. We were assigned a gentleman named Frank Torres to assist with our refinancing loan. Frank was very professional, helpful, friendly, understanding and just all around great guy to work with. Frank kept us informed about absolutely everything during the whole process. If a document need reviewed or signed I was informed whether it be by email, text or phone call. Even when things were taking a day or two to process he would give a very friendly reminder by calling to let us know what was going on. Cannot say enough about our agent Chris. He was able to help us refinance our home through the VA when we had no idea that was an option. We didn't know we could have two homes under our VA entitlement. Our primary loan rate was much higher than we thought we were getting and no one from our credit union could tell us why we were not getting the advertised rate. Due to a PSC move from overseas our time was tight for the purchase and we simply pressed forward with the higher rate. Looking for different rates after only 6 months into our initial loan we knew we did not get the best rate possible. We found Global Equity and Chris McDannel through an internet search. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to get us into our new loan.

Chris also helped my mother into a VA loan and got her out of her adjustable rate mortgage. For her, it was a true blessing as she is on a fixed income. after reviewing my credit, after paying an appraiser, after signing 3 different refinancing contracts, after signing 3 forms for errors in filling, after waiting for the maximum period of 45 days and reaching 63 days, everything was a lie, and a waste of time and never fulfilled what they offered, not to mention the agent Andrew who never spoke clearly and who disregarded numerous phone calls. I was investigated more than a criminal for a refinance.

I had an excellent experience with this company in a home mortgage refinance. The agent I worked with was Rabby Soto, who did a great job communicating with me all that needed to be done, as well as how and why things were doing. The process moved along on the predicted schedule, and Rabby was able to time things so that I could skip two mortgage payments between the loans, which was a huge help. Rabby was a pleasure to work with and I have nothing negative to say. Great job!

At first I thought that this was going to be a good thing, then I found out that my loan processor was buying down points without even talking to me 1st, then taking more time than what they initially said for the closing. I would send emails and there was no communication.
The communication was very bad and you have to watch them about the transparency of your loan, as if you're not watching you're gonna have extra fees in their. They bought down points without 3even talking to us first.
In the end after time and time again telling me that there are issues That they would try to charge me extra money for things that have already been paid for or that were supposed to be included.
I ended up taking mine away and going to another lender as I didn't like that they could never give me a time on a closing or they kept moving the possible closing date out, but would tell me everything is good and then come back saying they have more issues.
We have excellent credit with more then enough on the appraisal for the loan. we're having problems with the underwriter and then it come to find out it's not the underwriter it's the appraisal department and then everything's good so it should be right away then oh no we're having a couple more issues with the underwriter so I ended up taking my information on my loan and going to a different lender

Iwe had a really bad experience with refinancing in 2011 also we were not sure it was the best decision to refinance again! I happened to get ahold of David Cedillo at Global equity what luck! David spent his time going over what It would look like if we refinanced our current mortgage as welll as pay off some of our debt! I did not experience any of the "hard sell" tactics of other lenders, which was a contributing factor in choosing them in the first place. In searching around, I may have gotten a competitor to have a slightly less fee, but not significant enough for me to trust that they were professional as those at Global Equity.

I had not worked with Global Equity Finance before, but they were the first to respond to my enquiry as to current loan rates and terms. I was assigned to Mike Headley, an Executive Loan Consultant, as my point of contact, and I have to say I was really impressed with what he did.

I have had two mortgages previously, I don t remember either of them as being particularly friendly and thoughtful experiences . Mike listened to what I wanted to do and then put together several scenarios that would allow me to accomplish my financial goal.

We had talked initially that it would take six weeks to go from start to approval, and indeed the process took take six weeks. No deadlines were missed. I only make reference to this because in a lot of instances nowadays, deadlines don t seem to mean a thing.

When I first started looking at a re-finance I started getting a lot of calls. I was looking for the lowest interest rate, of course, and wanted to get it done quickly. Dylan at Global Equity offered me a good rate and promised to move quickly. Also, I just liked the way he talked to me like an intelligent adult. I never had the feeling he was trying to talk down or BS me. Bottom line, I got a great rate and can skip 2 months. Nobody beat these guys. I shopped around so I knew what was possible, and these guys delivered. I'm saving $240 a month on my mortgage.

Refinanced our manufactured home right before covid 19. Our loan manager was very responsive and helped us through the process. Took a little longer to close than was estimated but we had a structural defect to take care of (which GEF arranged contractor for- earthquake ties). Due to the delay caused by this, GEF was able to lower our interest rate far below the rate originally discussed. If you have a manufactured home, this company can deliver a professional refi experience online and via phone.

Watch out! Very SNEAKY company! Contacted me offering cash out for home repair and lower interest rate. Gave them ALL of my personal information; bank statements, tax returns, proof of income, assets, etc...Later that day I signed eDocs, and was locked in at 2.75% with $20K equity for home repair, or so I thought.
A few days later was told there were 2 more docs to sign ASAP. Luckily I noticed they were changing my interest rate to 3.99% saying the origional rate had never been locked in! I would have been screwed for the next 30 years!!!
