My wife and I looked at a studio apt for our business stay in Toronto. The apartments are at the highest standard, very clean and all the accommodations included as stated on their website. Staff is a pleasure to work with, they take you through all the details of the apt you rented. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

We stayed at 3 of the Condominiums offered by sky view in Toronto downtown in spring n summer of 2016 . Each time the condo s were clean n tidy and kept in a well maintained conditions .the beds were super comfortable and furniture and appliances were in working condition. The staff at sky view were very helpful and pleasure to deal with. They went out of thier way to accommodate us as per our itenary and travel plans aswell as giving us a discount ... we would love to stay with them again if we need accommodation again in Toronto .

I stayed with Sky View for a few months and I was pleased with the overall experience. The staff was very helpful and they were able to resolve issues very quickly. The apartment was a little small but it was well decorated and it was in a great location so I can t really complain. Definitely recommend staying with Sky View if you are planning to be in Toronto for an extended period of time.

I was looking for a short term rental in Toronto for an extended stay... They offered me very nice furnished apartments with selections on location, different prices based on duration and location, etc. Their staff was very hospitable and courteous, gave me a very personable experience when checking in and addressing any issues I encountered.. Would definitely recommend them in the future!

It was great stay there. The staff was so cooperative and accommodating. We will definitely stay with them again. The only drawback is that the unit was too small and congested, though the location was superb.

The people that run the office for Sky View are very accommodating, and if you have any issues or questions they re usually very quick to respond either by email or phone. I would recommend this company.

The condos were in excellent condition, clean and well equipped. The rental fee included cleaning service every two weeks (we would have preferred weekly), and the staff were quick to respond to any issues with the condo. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay at Sky View Suites.

I've worked with Sky View Suites for my staying in Toronto and couldn't be happier. The team is very professional and ready to accomodate in the best way. We stayed in 3 different places and all of them are very well furnished in great locations in downtown. I would recommend it to anyone!

Best place to spend your vacation in Toronto. Very luxurious with the best view of Toronto, financial and entertainment District. Safe and clean with 24 hours security protection. Minutes from shopping, bars, union station and Maple Leaf centre.

I was recently in Toronto for a corporate event and used this service with two of my colleagues. Arlene and Matt are amazing hosts. The condo was perfect. We each had our own room, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud, everything was spotless. One night we bar-b-q streaks on the common area roof top terrace where I met an ex-Expo catcher who is now a sports commentator in Toronto and living in that building. I 100% recommend this Airbnb service.

I rented a condo from Skyview Suites for 3 months. The condo was in excellent condition, well decorated and had great amenities. I was grateful for their ability to find a convenient location for my stay and their stay were extremely accommodating.

The customer service was excellent, which is something I have found to be lacking in other furnished rental companies I have used. A helpful and courteous employee met us for our check in after a long 10-hour flight, which was much appreciated. Will not hesitate to use them again when we return to Toronto next year.

We stayed in a suite for 6 weeks, and had a great experience. The suite was bright, modern and conveniently located. Will definitely recommend it.

Stayed here for several months during medical treatments. Great assurance with finding a furnished place close to the hospital. Always came and fixed any issues, cleaners were excellent.

I had a pretty good stay at Sky View Suites. You can truly tell how much they care for their customers and how much attention they pay to the maintenance of their units. The furniture was all fairly new and was in good condition, as were the appliances. Everything was up to date and was routinely checked. The unit was also in pretty good shape, there were no scratches or dents or anything that was physically displeasing. The housekeeping was done in an efficient manner. The staff also did a fine job of communicating with us and did their best to meet our concerns or questions.

Sky View Suites provides an excellent service for short term stay in downtown Toronto. Staff are courteous and helpful and make the guests feel right at home.

From beginning to end, the team at SVS was extremely helpful, accommodating and professional. I would recommend them to anyone! The condo was exactly as shown on photos. The condo is clean, tidy, good furniture and lighting, good quality linen and towels. The location is also excellent in terms of access to shops, restaurants, public transport, entertainment, etc. I landed as a new immigrant, having never been in Canada before and during a global epidemic, and these guys made the move so much easier! The building's security and maintenance team was extremely helpful as well while I was in isolation. Whether for a work trip, holiday or immigration, I would definitely recommend them.

I've used Sky View Suites for the past couple of years. The apartment was well furnished, and exactly as listed. The location was amazing (St Lawrence) and any issues were dealt with immediately. The sheets and apartment were very clean, and they sent a cleaner every two weeks. I would happily use them again.

I stayed in 3 different condos in the last year.
The condos are well furnished. All the team is very available to answer any request and solve any minor problem quickly. I can say that it is the best renting furnished condo company that I had so far.
I am glad to do business with Sky view Suites and will not hesitate to contact them again.

Recently had a great stay at the Element. Really spacious unit - my girlfriend and I got spoiled! Also, super close to my client site in the financial district. Would definitely recommend.

I couldn't ask for more when it came to services at this company. I've stayed in a few of their apartments and if I ever needed an extra frying pan or blankets, their team would have it for me in no time. All of their suites were comfortable and perfect locations.

Came down for business trip. Place we stay at have great view of the city. Place was very clean and cleaners came by every 2 weeks. Will stay with them again next time! TV was smaller than I expected, but was quickly replaced.

Sky View Suites / Toronto Furnished Rentals came to our rescue during the COVID crisis, and provided us with a comfortable, lovely, and well-furnished condo that became our home for 3 months. The staff were very responsive and accommodating and answered any and all questions we had promptly. Highly recommended!

I definitely don t recommend this company. I booked a 1 bedroom unit for a month for $4,000. It was the middle of a hot Toronto summer and the AC didnt work for the first week. This followed by the kitchen sink and dish washer breaking down which wasnt fixed for another week. To top it all off, the staff are pretty lousy and don t bother responding to phone calls.

Could not have been a smoother rental. Clean, quick and simple.

Great location, clean and charming apartment. All amenities are available including Netflix. Excellent for a stay in Toronto. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook including pots and pans, etc.
Walking distance to everything. I highly recommend.

I was so happy to find Sky View when I needed to find an apartment within a short period of time. Although the apartment I stayed in was quite small, it was clean and well furnished and exactly what I needed while I was finding a more permanent place.

I stayed in Sky View Suites Merchandise suite. Customer service was great. I had an issue with my cable which was quickly resolved when I sent an email to their help desk. Thanks for the great stay.

The apartment and service was fine. The apartment was actually 386 Yonge St (Aura building). A new building with a very large gym attached called 'Hard Candy' which helped make the stay good. The location was convenient for walking to the business district or restaurants etc.

Fantastic stay in Yorkville for a year. Great unit with an unbelievable view. i-weekly cleaning service came in handy and staff was very flexible when I required a furniture change or had a request.

Stayed in my condo for three and a half months and it was great. Really well kitted out, great location and on the two occasions I needed some assistance, it was immediately forthcoming. Genuinely first rate service and accommodation.

I lived in 2 Sky View Suites units while on assignment from the States. The staff was easy to work with. The accommodations were clean, in good locations, and as described. I would recommend Matt and team to others visiting!
