Skyscanner Work with terrible travel Agencies such as Kiwi,com which have very little customer services and refuse to give out the details you require to Add baggage to your booking with an airline thus costing you lots of charges. This is a direct reflection of Skyscanner business standards!

The good people are leaving in droves - either because they can't stand the toxic atmosphere any longer or because they're let go - especially in Growth. Mostly terrible senior managers there: Scottish people who've never worked outside Scotland (and often only at Skyscanner) but consider themselves well placed to grow an international company. Bullies too who couldn't care less about colleagues' wellbeing.
