View 98 Wennington Road, Southport, today was a nice property and a lovely gent showing me around. But unfortunately the office staff let him down. Would have completed their application and paid the fees there and then, however the office staff made assumptions as I'm an agency worked who hasn't been out of work for the past 10 years. Good looking getting that off of your books
It seems the bad reviews seem to be a bit blindsighted.. never had any issues with them, everything was done quickly and with a smile, been with them for nearly 2 years and no issues.

I ve been with tony Hornby for 11 years now, we have settled and moved into multiple property s, they have helped us every step of the way, we have two young children, if ever their has been an issue or a problem it has been dealt with immediately for us, I can t recommend them enough or thank the ladies in the office, I wouldn t let any negative reviews put you off, we wouldn t want to rent through anyone else
Awful experience dealing with Tony Hornby. AVOID at all costs. The women in the office are by far the rudest people we have ever delt with (barring one). Absolutely nothing professional about them at all. Just ask around as we have heard many horror stories regarding the women in the office and them as a landlord in general. Glad we decided to go elsewhere.
I have been renting from them for 15 yrs now and have been very happy with the service that i've had from Tony but in the last 2 yrs 2 new females have joined the business, not that I was told but seems now Tony is leaving them to run the business and they do not have a clue what they are doing, learning on the job as you might say, try sending them an e-mail and wait and wait, never an answer, you need to phone them, and then wait again,being told 'they' were on holiday, this seems to be the stock answer,I would NOT recommend that you use them for renting your property, can't say if they are any better at selling any either.
