The good people are leaving in droves - either because they can't stand the toxic atmosphere any longer or because they're let go - especially in Growth. Mostly terrible senior managers there: Scottish people who've never worked outside Scotland (and often only at Skyscanner) but consider themselves well placed to grow an international company. Bullies too who couldn't care less about colleagues' wellbeing.
