Unfortunately I cannot recommend ski rental. I had reserved and paid for a snowboard including shoes online. In the shop, an employee sent me to a modern terminal to check in. This terminal then informed me that it had already been checked in. Back again colleagues ..... Please go to the checkout and pay .... although I had already paid via paypal. So that doesn't work out yet. I also wanted to unscrew the binding on my own board. The employee told me that we shouldn't do it, according to our boss. I asked for a screwdriver that I could borrow. When the owner of the shop saw me screwing, he snatched the screwdriver out of my hand and then referred me, together with my snowboard, to his shop. Outrageous ..... I've never experienced anything like this in a ski rental. I was always helped well. If you ever have problems with binding or similar. Has. Unfortunately, just thumbs down here, too bad.

The rented material was definitely good to drive, but the service was a complete mess and shoes / skis stored in the depot were lost. Ordering online in advance is definitely recommended.
I registered for the second time in the ski school and can recommend it to everyone. Super nice and funny team, so that you feel right at home. When I was in my mid-30s, my goal was to learn to snowboard. But at this age you make more of a head than all the small children who go down a slope with a huge smile for the first time. I gave it the 5 stars because I had a super great teacher who took away these doubts and fears and that's why I continue to register for the second time.
My children have learned skiing and snowboarding from the toddler age at the Ofterschwang Ski School and have been enthusiastic about it ever since. We borrow equipment regularly, let us expertly advise and feel super cared for - even compared to providers in other ski resorts, so far, I can not confirm the individual harsh reviews of the reviewers absolutely. Where there's a lot going on, you also have to be patient or not surprised .... We look forward to seeing you again every year in the ski rental and in the ski school! a "northern light"
My boys have learned to ski in 3 days, that's great. When registering it was a bit chaotic despite online reservation, but still worked. 10 for a food brand is too expensive for the quality of the lunch, that was unfortunately nothing ....
Thanks to this ski school, I had two mega beautiful days of skiing - above all - big thanks to ski instructor Max! From online booking to a great private course, everything is super quickly and perfectly organized, including ski rental. Nice employees, the perfect mix of fun, safety and learning effect on the slopes - thanks ... the ski area is beautifully laid out, the modern lifts - everything perfect! I can only recommend it!

Our children learned how to ski in this ski school from an early age. Also this year both had (8 years and 10 years) again a lot of fun. Special thanks to Lena for the great ski course, in which the children have learned a lot again. We will be back next year.

Unfortunately, the staff lack friendliness and competence. We wanted to register our son here for the ski course, but after we got to know the boss and his way of dealing with children, we decided not to borrow our material here, nor to register our son here! We preferred to drive 15 minutes to the next ski school !!!
Super ski school with motivated ski instructors and a great concept (BOBO, the penguin) in which especially children are super excited for winter sports and learn to ski!
Easter holidays 2016: Since our children want to do a ski course for the first time and we have no equipment at all, we drive to Ofterschwang and meet Toni Karg and his nice team in the ski and snowboard rental directly at the valley station of the chairlift. Choosing and adjusting shoes and skis is no problem, and to get the most out of the snow, start the next morning.
The Bobo Kids Club for the absolute beginners is right next to the valley station of the World Cup Express, and it's there on the first day. The instructors are nice, explain the concept behind the Bobo Kids Club and the kids are quickly warm with them. There are practice lifts next to the kids' club and at the mountain station. From the third day, the children are on the blue slopes and on the last day, they whiz the red trails down to the valley - unbelievable, what the children have learned in just five days and what safety they have on the boards. Finally, they receive a certificate from ski instructor Benedikt, a medal, and are very proud.
We parents have not been on skis for 25 years and have a bit of a sleeve and a lot of respect for it, but we really want to give it a try. Martin from Toni's team also selects the right ski equipment for us and we spontaneously book two ski lessons - the right decision to get back in. Apparently we have not forgotten everything and after some exercises we are ready for the slopes. That's fun and gives us security.
Lunch breaks are spent either in the sledge hut next to the valley station or in the World Cup hut at the top of the mountain. Both are like the whole ski area very nice and family friendly, also in terms of atmosphere, service and prices. We parents also explore a few hiking trails and enjoy the partly still white, partly already green mountain landscape.
We are happy that we have found a new holiday destination and a new recreational sport and will definitely return again. With the ski rental we do not need to purchase any equipment that needs to be stored, maintained and maintained and transported every time. So we always have the latest material, freshly ground and waxed while also saving a lot of money. We prefer to invest in a holiday apartment. We will be back definitely !
For the third year in a row I was skiing in Ofterschwang. The local ski school is a central point why we come back every year. Super friendly and helpful team, so far it has been absolutely fun to improve your skills with every ski instructor. We'll be back, thanks Sabine!
We had a great time in Ofterschwang. You can have really nice equipment from an easygoing team. Perfect for families. Kids having fun with Bobo for sure!
We only wanted to rent shoes and we had our own skis. Setting the skis costs 22! We were urged to rent skis here, would be much cheaper. After some back and forth we let ourselves be persuaded. In the end it was much more expensive because we were given VIP skis without telling us that it was and that there was a considerable additional cost. When I spoke to the people there afterwards, I was told "If you're just so stupid"! Very nice and accommodating, isn't it? You seem to be targeting the daily audience, because if you are treated like this you will definitely not come back.
