Unfortunately I cannot recommend ski rental. I had reserved and paid for a snowboard including shoes online. In the shop, an employee sent me to a modern terminal to check in. This terminal then informed me that it had already been checked in. Back again colleagues ..... Please go to the checkout and pay .... although I had already paid via paypal. So that doesn't work out yet. I also wanted to unscrew the binding on my own board. The employee told me that we shouldn't do it, according to our boss. I asked for a screwdriver that I could borrow. When the owner of the shop saw me screwing, he snatched the screwdriver out of my hand and then referred me, together with my snowboard, to his shop. Outrageous ..... I've never experienced anything like this in a ski rental. I was always helped well. If you ever have problems with binding or similar. Has. Unfortunately, just thumbs down here, too bad.
