All these people do is want to make you feel as bad about yourself as possible by telling you over and over again what's wrong with your skin, even pointing out several new things wrong with you that you didnt even want advice about, until you feel so bad about yourself you're in tears... But when it comes down to asking for a treatment plan/course of action, every staff member has a different opinion, they dont give you any kind of hope or reassurance in fixing the issue you came to them with even though loads of their advertising claims to fix just that! They run late, they charge you for treatments that do absolutely nothing and cost too much for what they are ie their face 'peel'. Flog a heap of products on you, that again, are really average, didnt help, and cost too much. Just an all round utter disappointment and upset I wish I never went to see skindeep.
