Booked in for a massage and facial with a gift card . Must say first impression was not great , the manager or owner I'm not sure was having a very loud personal discussion in reception. When I went through for my massage ( the lady doing my treatments was absolutely lovely) massage was average and other staff kept coming in out of the area and talking very loudly and banging doors shut. Overall very unprofessional and for the amount your paying for an hour massage I expect to have a relaxing experience. I would not recommend to go here nor would I return .
