This place was fine compared to other similar business. The stand out for me was the up selling. For what I could tell all staff had been trained to pressure the clients into buying lots of creams etc. I was also told I needed procedures that I knew I didn't . If you book with them go in confident about what you want and don't want. When they start piling up products that you "need" ask the price and tell them you will think about it.
