Had a long conversation with Frank the sales manager, very nice man and very knowledgeable. Kudo's to Sound for their Military Appreciation Program. That is there program and not from HD. On the lookout for 2020 Road Glide, waiting on 2020 Colors and the difference between Standard, Special, and CVO.

The whole shopping process was awesome. With everything going on in the world right now, I had an appointment with James the salesperson who did a great job making me feel welcome and answered my many questions. Julie made me feel very welcome in the showroom as well. Spoke with Frank multiple times, by email, text and phone, working on the best way to move forward on the deal and he was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. Justin in parts was great helping me with a few additions I wanted to add to my purchase. Mike is service took care of all of my questions (and there were a lot) about my new bike and installing the additional equipment the day of delivery. Sarah in finance was great to work with. She explained everything clearly but I never felt pressured to add anything extra. We made two trips (test ride/purchase) from Kitsap to make this happen (250 miles round trip each time) and was completely worth the trip. I only wish they were closer to be my local dealer. We rode past several other dealers on the way to get to Sound but definitely recommend them for you business! They are worth the trip!

Be careful, if you go here you will probably leave on 2 wheels. They are nice, no high pressure sales like a car lot. They walked around explaining the difference in the many models and options, explained why one would be better than another for me. I was shocked when my wife was ready to make the purchase before me. I have also used the parts department a lot as they are very knowledgeable and aren't just trying to make a sale, they have talked me out of a planned purchase, they are trying to educate their customers and have set the bar high. I am a huge guy and was shocked that they had all the riding gear in stock I needed and gear for my little girl. My wife laughs because I always have a reason to go back, and my little girl says she like to go so she can see all the cool mustaches. She is going to be a problem.

When we arrived, everyone was so helpful and nice. Not pushy at all. Explained everything, help me load and tie my stuff down. It was by far the best buying experience I have had and I have purchased alot of Bikes and Vehicles. The 4 hr drive was absolutely worth the trip. We are from Oregon and drove to Washington for this purchased. We passed 8 Harley Dealers. SOUND Harley was the only dealer to respond the fastest, have the best service, advice and without a doubt $6,000 cheaper.....We are truly trying to find a way for us to come out that way and have the bike serviced periodically through them. Even if we camp at a campground for the night. Well worth the drive and time! THEIR team IS THE BEST!

I went to the service department with a problem on an accessory that I installed. Jack fixed my problem quickly. These guys are great and have always been more than fair to me.

Going to Harley one day to get a new Helmet and end up meeting this guy Named Anthony Bravo. This guy is so out going and great it was amazing to have experienced it. I went for a Helmet and a few days later left with a great bike and not just a new friend but a brother and would not have wished to go anywhere els. So go up and see him I promise u wont regret it

Rode up from my home in Portland, stopped in to get waterproof gloves. I mentioned I had a problem with my infotainment system. Everybody I talked to in Portland said I needed a new nav- without really looking at it. Paul told me to pull it in- they'd actually take time to see what's going on. Mike Marks was great helping me with software related stuff. Wade Pence is a rock star. He actually FIXED my bike. He was a wealth of information related to communication issues between the nav and LEDs, tuners, and other components. If we had gone nowhere else but Sound Harley, it would've been worth the run. I can't say enough about this dealership. I won't be making another trip north without stopping by. The total cost of my visit (minus the gloves- for which I got a military discount)- this review. THAT'S HARLEY SERVICE. Arthur Davidson would be proud

Staff was awesome. I love that there was no pressure to buy. My treated my son with respect throughout the entire process of him buying his bike. If your interested in buying a motorcycle, these guys have my recommendation.

it's like most other Harley dealers; friendly sales staff, greeted at every turn, although their lack of interest in future tech (such as Harley Davidson's ELW Livewire) tells me they're only interested in making money, not change as well. This leads me to wonder about life and care or customer concern /interest after you purchase.

Very disappointed, treated like a second rate citizen. General Sales Manager Frank was amazing and thoughtful. Felt like I was being interrogated by finance manager and treated like a criminal. Did not finish transaction because of the way I was treated by finance manager. Finance manager should be replaced by someone who is competent and can read a contract. Will never do business there again.

This Harley Davidson Dealership was awesone. We don't have a bar in my local Canadian HD Dealership which makes me like the USA Dealers all the more. This location also had a complementary Bike Wash something I've personally never seen either. Though I stopped by in my car I can appreciate the small amenities Sound HD offers its riding customers. The interior of the Dealership was clean and bright with a well laid out floor plan. I didn't find myself searching for the reception desk or the coffee. The staff were also very friendly and processed my transaction with good speed. If you are looking for a place to stop and stretch this Dealership may be the perfect spot.

Ian was a great help in buying my softail standard and the other staff was extremely friendly.

A nice Harley Davidson Dealer, I just wish they had more parts in stock. They had a very small selection of Derby Covers.

Purchased my first Harley Davidson from these nice folks and I am so pleased. The entire process was painless- no pressure, no games! Frank Kai, the sales manager, handled the business side of my purchased over 2 easy phone calls in an upfront, transparent & genuine manner. Julie, the GM, made her entire showroom and her competent staff available to me without reservation or limits. Paul at service and Justin at parts demonstrated the same level of courtesy and expertise. Also wanted to acknowledge Sarah at finance for streamlining the paperwork in an organized, clear and efficient manner. How often do you go into a dealership and walk out knowing the entire staff by name?? You guys are truly a credit to your profession and an asset to the brand Harley Davidson. Much obliged!!

Bought a bike a couple months back and completely forgot to do a survey! Big Dave is the man, so is the whole team over there, everyone in parts, service, apparels and on the sales floor made buying my first Harley Davidson a great experience.

I stopped in here really to just browse and look at bikes. I was given just the right amount of help, not ignored but not pushy either.
Pretty warm and friendly I would say.

I just purchased my 2020 street bob yesterday and could not be happier with it or with the location I purchased it at. Cory walked me through everything, helped me find the perfect bike, worked to get me a good deal. I was only there for about 2 hours and got to ride my bike home. From top to bottom the people here are great. They will definitely be getting our future business.

My second home bought 13 Harley's from this place, been going here for the past 10 years, great service, sales, part's and apparel department, I've always been treated with the utmost Respect and Love by the employees.

Moved out here in March. Had my bike shipped out mid April. Second day my bike was here the windshield cracked in half. Ran up to Sound Harley and the place was packed wall to wall due to a ride that day. Person at the counter tried to match up a windshield that would work and get me back up and running but do to the bike being older had to go with OEM. Service was excellent and in five days got the call it was in, back in the wind again! Thanks Sound!!!

Couple years down the road and called Sound to get my bike in for work. Didn't have all my tools out here yet after moving here or I would have done it myself.
They asked me what year it was and when I told them a 1990 FLHS I was told they don't work on a bike that old! That was the last time I dealt with them.

Kris our salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He didnt rush us out the door at closing time even though he knew we werent purchasing today. He took the time to answer all our questions with a smile. I highly recommend him and his business. Will definately be purchasing from Sound Harley Davidson and Kris!!

Had my service done, with recommendations that i was totally aware of. Test rode the new sled if i was in the market for a replacement. Awesome staff sale s to service.

I bought a used 2006 ultra classic, and was told the stater, brakes, motor mount, and gaskets where all brand new. BULL! In 3 weeks of owning the bike I had to replace the handlebars bushings, motor mount, brakes, brake fluid, and battery. When I asked them about the motor mount (before I replaced it) they said it was brand new and it didn't need it. Well results are in, and a new motor mount fixed it. Only reason I give them three stars is they did replace the key, and the Salman big Dave did go to bat for me.

We purchased our bike from Sound HD a few years ago. It was a great experience and we kept coming down to shop whenever we were in the States.

Unfortunately, last Saturday afternoon our HD broke down just after crossing the Canadian border. We were calling for help at least 5 or 6 times trying to arrange for the tow truck and the repair. The reception was transferring our calls to the service department where there would be no answer. After several phone calls and explanation that we are stranded and need help, we were promised that somebody will call us back and nobody ever did. (On top of our calls, another HD rider who stopped to help us was also trying to arrange for the service from his phone without any success).
Thankfully, we managed to get another dealer's number and they arranged for the tow truck and completed all repairs the same day.
We are quite disappointed with the way this emergency was handled.

Very nice store with a friendly and knowledgable staff.

Across the board, this dealership provided the best customer service that my husband and I have ever received from any business, in any industry. We went in just to look and get a few ideas, not planning to buy a bike for another few months, however based on the experience we decided to go ahead and purchase. Rick in sales was patient with my constant questions, and was great at showing us a variety of options within our price range and needs. Zero pressure, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to get us into the right bike. Jerry, the business manager, was also fantastic. He went far above and beyond what you'd normally see in a dealership. A large purchase like this (especially when financing) is normally a stressful experience, but the entire staff here made it fun, low key, and exciting.

I can absolutely guarantee that we will be back often for accessories and service. And when the time comes to trade this one in on a new one, there is no one else that will get our business. Keep doing what you're doing, and we will certainly recommend you to everyone we know.

After touring many dealers around the country I feel as though this one ranks high on my list. Courteous employees - was greeted first thing when I walked through the door. Dealership was clean, staff was knowledgeable. Even though I was only there for a shirt, I found myself hanging around longer than I needed. It's was nice not to be pressured from anyone to buy anything. Finally - an environment where the staff enjoys what they're doing. Will be back.

Recently purchased a motorcycle at Sound HD, had great service from the salesman Tex and Ian. The owner even kept the shop opened late to finish the deal.
