Still as fun as I remember as a child, however you should open kiosks that serve just ice water. During the summer anyways! Just a thought, it would cut line time and increase job openings.
Its fun has good rides. Restaurants in it are awesome but the restrooms aee just gross. The rides havw been getting stuck lately.
We love having family time at Six Flags but they're so stingy with everything...we needed an extra plate bc my kids wanted fries on 1 plate with ketchup and their Turkey leg in a different plate so I could cut it up. We were told they're "not allowed to give extra anything"...even a plate. Dumb in my opinion when you pay $15 for fries&a turkey leg.
Six flags always worries me. This bathroom is a great example. It talks about how they pride themselves on clean restrooms and the restrooms are disgusting and smell so bad. If they don't maintain the bathrooms that people can see that they "pride" themselves on, where else are they cutting corners? They always have varying rides closed because something went wrong. Even tried to get one of their game card deals. Only one person had the book and it took 20 minutes of waiting for someone to find the lead. A lead walks off, their employees have no way to communicate with because only leads can have radios. They just seem like a disorganized mess who can't keep things clean.
Last day of season, super busy. Wait times are pretty long, but worth it if u have the diamond elite membership. Lots of freebies and discounts. Wish they would provide more skip the line passes for diamond elites. Can't wait for opening day in 2019!
Good place and fun, don't eat in the park unless your cool with paying $30 per person
I went to watch the fireworks display, it was a good experience... don't last long enough, for all the crowd and waiting time, but it was enjoyable.
It's a nice park to go to if you've never been. It could use some updating though. Having just come back from six flags magic mountain, six flags over Texas needs a face lift.
The kids had fun, hate the layout, some rides in need of paint jobs. Still a fun day though.
We went there with my son he liked it a lot we are thinking going there on Christmas
Is was very cool. There was alot of people almost too many for me personally but the experience was awesome. It was my first time to Fright Fest. It is definitely something to experience.
Took my kids for the first time and they loved it, you have to get the membership it's so worth it.
My family loves this place, huge hit Everytime they visit Dallas.
The dining pass is great but there is a CATCH. You can only order items with certain letters and times. L, Lunch (11.30-3.30) M, meal (4.30-8) or S, snack (11.30 -7.30). They did not tell us this and we paid for all three at 2.30pm. We waited in line for an hour and when we got to order they said Lunch was over. We did not get all three meals which we paid $75.50 for 2 people.
Myself my son grandaughter and his wife got Diamond Membership .. Far better than the season passes you can pay monthly. The Titan rollercoaster is by far the best ride ever ridden .
Always a fun time. Hopefully my girls will be able to brave some of the serious thrill rides when they get a little older. It was hot, but they do a good job of having cool areas with mist fans. Food and drinks are always expensive, but tasty. Get one souvenir cup and share with your family. Only way we stayed hydrated.
This six flags has fun for the whole family! We got season passes at a great price with free parking and have already gone a few times. Due to affordable season passes, the park does get busy especially on bring a friend free day . However, if you plan the right day to visit then the lines aren t bad. The staff are hit and miss. Mostly high school kids so of course some are more mature than others. The park overall does feel a bit dirty, but nothing to terrible. In the end I would definitely recommend a visit.
Amazing time. Didnt have to wait for ANYTHING. Masks were worn by everyone. Was great. Car broke down in the parking lot and the most amazing security guard took my husband to the parts store to get a part to fix my car so we could get home to oklahoma. My family owes a great deal to that security guard. She was very kind and definatly made our night thank you so much!!!
I had fun. The park was clean. I was disappointed that a lot of rides were closed. I hope that's not an every day thing because I upgraded to a season pass.
3 rides were shut down but I love it. Ask for a CUP of water. Its free.
It has a good fast past systems and many fans all throughout the park
Scary fun and exciting. Would reccomend for any coaster junkies.
Reasonably clean. Good value with season pass. Lines were short today. I always have a great time here!
Was my first time every coming to Six flags and loved it! fright fest was great! Next time I ll reconsider on getting the fast pass lol
Rides are fun but literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. The place seems like it s run by toddlers. Maybe train your staff how to operate a pos system and you ll get a better experience. You can clearly tell they re all high school dropouts. Horrendous. Ordered a drink multiple times and got the same blank stare every time and then looking for their manager.
I liked six flags a lot except the first time I went there it was fun except there were some obnoxious people in line, I love six flags during holiday in the park and they have all kinds of delicious foods there! I was there last year for a choir concert at my high school and when the park was about to close I finally got the chance to see all the cast members perform and I finally saw the looney tunes! My favorite part about six flags is the characters, I love how they have so much enthusiasm and are so kind fun to hang around. You guys should have more D.C. Characters come out because 3 years ago I saw batsman over by the gift shops. They are so incredible! All the looney tunes and dc merchandise is wonderful. I hope I get to go there again my 4th time! Have lots of fun!
I've loved Six Flags for 40 years. Yes. The food is overpriced. But leave and go to a restaurant if you want. The awesomeness of Six Flags is the thrill rides. One of the best!
So I upgraded to the new membership programs, and seem like a great deal however, lots of rides at six flags over Texas are closed or no longer there, No Aquaman splash, no log ride, no train, lots of old rides that have been there for ages, and I am talking over 20 years, really!, and with the new skip a line thing, why cant you just use your pass on your neck instead of doing the darn disney thing and you have to go register to skip the line at the ride, get with the times geez. Really not impressed with six flags, and the lines to enter are outrageous really.
I love Six Flags. I did as a child and I continue to well into my adulthood. It's a great place to go to just spend a few hours or the whole day. Often the lines are not too long of a wait in between fun. I recommend the season pass as you get your money's worth really quickly. My sister also recommends the food pass for the overall savings!
The perfect family place for one and all, best rides for children and adults, I personally like the batman ride the most and recommend doing all rides in Gotham city
The Texas Giant is a particular one not to miss!
Food is horrible... need to put restaurants or fast food restaurants that are nationwide chains or just food that tastes worth something! It costs too much to taste horrible
I do NOT recommend this six flags to anyone! Half the adult rides here aren't even up and running! The lines are over an hour long just to ride the ride for 10 to 20 seconds!! Complete ripoff!!
Great amusement park. Wide variety of rides and attractions for adults and kids. Only drawbacks are the small things, like during the summer its miserable walking around, and the rare ride employee.
Most of the staff was very helpful but there were a handful that didn't want to do their job or were insulting. One in particular kept putting children's lives at risk by not checking their seat belts before starting the ride.
Amazing fun for the family, just make sure you have good walking shoes
it was my first time going there and I had so much fun
Great experience, many handicapped accommodations, i would recommend a membership, as it makes things cheaper in the long run. I Can't say enough good things about this place. Absolutely love it here... i have been going since i wad a kid!! I now take my kids here.
This is a very nice park. Top notch rides for all ages. The kids also had a lot of fun playing the carnival games and winning prizes. One of mu sons won a great "Flash" hat. The other won a ball, which he really enjoys. We went on a Sunday and the lines were very small and moved quickly. Bring a cooling towel though, it is Texas, after all.
The park was wonderful, however I wish the food workers would pull back their hair when handling food.
Love the membership passes! Love the free drinks! Roaring Rapids is my favorite ride!
Besides certain rides being shut down due to the lack of employees to run the rides it was a fun experience.
Love it, my family has bought season passes 7 years in a row
Great amusement park. Was a little dirty that some others that I have been to. I felt like the rides are geared more towards teens and young adults more than any other age group. I have a 2 year old that could only ride a handful of rides and even a few that had to have an adult with them. Overall a great place.
Had alot of fun, it would have been better but the rides kept shutting down. So we had to walk so far to another one and it was down too. All together we had a blast
3rd time visiting in the last 2 years. A few things that I would point out....parking is $30 per car, consider carpooling or being dropped off. Buy a season ticket, right now costs about $68 per person. If you intend to be there for more than 5 hrs ( which most people do) buy a meal plan. Meal plans include 2 meals and snack plus free drink refills. Alternatively, eat prior to save on food costs. Depending on what day/time of the year, most rides will have a 20-40minute wait time. In the summer the wait times can be 1hr+. I went in the fall, 30min or less wait on all rides. Six flags offers a lot options for adults and young kids alike. These are my favorite rides, Superman, Batman, Mr Freeze, Runnway Mountain, Sky Screamer, Riddler, Catwoman, Pandemonium. Enjoy your visit
Pretty fun as always, just annoyed about their constant false advertisement of prices of tickets and season passes. Trying to get a season pass while you're there is a nightmare and their support is poor.
Love it we have season passes and will be back!!!!!!Can't wait till next time we go there
Its fun!!! You can never get bored there, but the food is really expensive so try to eat real good before going
So much fun with the family and kids! You would love this place, season tickets is a must!
We had the best time there. My youngest was able to ride also all the rides and was able to get on some many rides with an adult which was the best part. It's one of the better locations six flags has that all children can even if handicapped. The lines weren't too long either. The longest wait for one ride 15 minutes but if you use the app it makes it easier to plan which rides you want to do.
Always have loved 6 flags expresly with the kids now
We had a great time and the entertainment was also nice. Our only issue was one of the workers, Salani who was very rude and made it hard for us to enjoy the ride she was operating. Bad customer service.
Very crowded on Spring Break Friday. While trying to get wheelchair pass, we were initially misdirected by some staff.
Service at Texas Tacos was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Staff at that location had obviously been very poorly trained. 30 minute wait for food after placing order.
The rides were TERRIFIC. ADA accommodations were very good.
Fast Pass gets the park more $$ while hurting those customers who can not afford Fast Pass.
We bought a season pass then found out the next day my wife was pregnant so we were unable to go. Asked for a refund since we hadn t even been to the park to active our pass and they refused. Horrible company. The lines are always long and the park is covered in trash.
Costly for everyone, long waits for rides even if you pay extra for speedy pass.
We have the diamond elite passes and they are perfect. Short distance to walk for parking, love the skip the lines specially the 3rd one that was given as an extra for keeping the passes during the shut down. Add the food passes and we spend 60 a month on something that would cost us a hundred a visit easily.
We had a blast the kids loved it really enjoyed ourselves Six Flags Over Texas was the best time ever I don't know what other vacations we could take besides Disney World to top it they really enjoyed themselves as being a little kid
Dallas's premiere amusement park. It may not boast the mascots and licenses of Disney parks, but the lower price to entry and closer location for Texans makes it the clear winner. Look into the membership to save money. My 4 and 5 year old kids have been 3 times already!
It was way too crowded. Had to stand in line for 1 hr for each ride. They can limit the number of people so that everyone who comes can try out all the rides. Apart from that loved all the rides. And fright night was really good.
Everything is bigger in Texas they said.. they were right! This Six Flags has a unique coaster collection and tons of flatrides to enjoy!
Had a lot of fun! Hard to get there with directions though.
Rides are very good and cool they have big rides and small rides and there are some water rides for hot days and food and FUNNEL CAKES
I could not pick about little things, but overall the rides are great. The seasonal activities are great! Always a fun time!
Super exhilarating rides and cool attractions, the only downfall is the cleanliness for the place. There are never clean tables and it s always gross. If you can get over food being all over you ll have a blast!
Great viewing from the outside. Is there an adult day?
We had a great day! The park is big and you can get turned around, but I found that security was very helpful in giving clear directions....can not give the blue shirt staff any credit and most seemed clueless. The ride lines moved fast and we enjoyed ball the ones we were able to get to. Definitely need two days to really enjoy the whole park.
Our granddaughter had to go to first aid today. Although she wasn't seriously injured from a fall, she was treated with attentiveness to all her needs and with good care. We want to give special recognition to Mark,
Guest Relations Supervisor, who provided a wheelchair for us for the rest of the day, compliments of Six Flags. We buy several season passes every year and will continue to do so!
Awesome experience! Short lines, longest wait mybe 25 minutes!
Long lines overpriced food and all rides and super bumpy
Six Flags needs to do something about the traffic just going into the parking lot. It took over 2 hours to get in and just park that is absolutely ridiculous. There should be workers directing traffic or something. The bathrooms were atrocious, so much could be improved in this park. Many rides are old and need serious maintenance, paint, etc. Some of the rider operators could use an attitude adjustment and just a better attitude. Not buying a memebership!!!!
Great Weekend tobe there..not to crowed and weather was perfect..enjoyed it..
Went there for a private event for an employer. I had bought my wife s ticket and brought my work ID for my ticket. They said my ID was not valid for getting into the park and needed a ticket as well. So I spoke with manager Julio Chavez and told him my wife is allowed in but I am not? And his reply was what she can t make friends in there?
For any future employers, please think twice before hiring this employee. That is an absolutely unacceptable thing to say to a customer and I will never give six flags my business again.
Decent for a large amusement park. There are some really good rides here for those that meet height requirements. There are also some good rides for the kids too. Worst part about the place is the food, decent tasting, but they are not very efficient and there is always a really long wait at all of the restaurants. Bathrooms are never clean either.
Nice, lots of pokemon and 2 shinies also line time wasnt bad.
Great place to go to have some fun! My family has the gold pass and the meal plan and it was worth the money for it! Plenty of rides for the little ones and plenty of rides for the whole family.
i love this place so much! we got member passes and we get in for free and get to go there like almost everyday for free! whoa how i love this place.
this place is awwsomeee i love the batman the ride i was so scared of the harley quinn though. I went October 6, 2019 for my old bestfriends b-day
Great time at the park. Construction outside the park makes it a bit of a challenge to get there, but well worth it once you do.
Awesome place... Had a blast with the family. Advice..... Buy a membership that offers drinks, we did and it saved us a lot of money!!!! Everything in there is expensive times 6!!!!! You won't regret it..
Most of the rides are open. The shows and indoor rides (ex: Hall of Justice) are closed. Lines fairly short due to reservation requirements. Staff is friendly and mask signage is appropriate.
This is my home park and oI love it. Ever since I was a little kid I always heard about Six flags and it's rides. I my first chance to experience the park in 2017 and I was astonished. The place was not as I expected. I heard about the rides and that's it. The park is nicely themed. The workers were nice. And the rides were awesome. Although the ride lines can get long it's worth the experience. Some of the bathrooms can use a little tidying up that's it. I love coming here with my family and enjoying their ride collection and all the amazing things here. If you are in Texas then is a park to hit up. There also a lot of other parks in Texas but this is the only won in the area. The prices can a little pricey, but if you have any season pass or membership then you will be good here. Again I LOVE this place. I'm glad I am able to come here once a year and I will be glad to visit this place nearly every year.
We had so much fun! Raising Cane's my daughter's employer rented out the park. There were no lines and the Six Flags Staff were engaging and really made the evening fun using company cheers at each ride. It created a unified experience.
