I brought my daughter to ride the roller coasters....

I brought my daughter to ride the roller coasters. I found myself unable to fit in some of the roller coasters. At one point to staff were forcibly trying to push down the safety bar and when they couldn't get it to latch they made us leave the ride in front of everyone. It was publicly humiliating. Then when I mentioned the issue to the manager she refused to do anything or refund my tickets. I will never go here again. Thank you for ruining what was supposed to be a fun day with my daughter.

Went today for my sons 5th Birthday and we loved it! The park and rides are extremely clean, the staff is friendly, and most importantly, they are very safe. EVERY single ride we got on my son and the other little ones were measured before we were allowed on, which is impressive considering how many people were there. The wait times at King Louies playground were pretty fast, and all the ride attendants were " kid " people, meaning they were happy to be around the little ones. The food prices were a little high, but thats to be expected at a Theme park.
Plus I have to mention the wave pool, that thing is awesome! And the water slide ride is also awesome.

All in all Id say we had a great time, and one last note if the owner reads this, the EMTS there are so awesome, my son saw the paramedic logo by the building and wanted to see if there were firefighters, they actually let him come inside and talked to him and took a pic with them, he loves firefighters, that made his day. We will be going back!

Best day to go is Monday. No lines, no wait. Make sure you get a locker in Hurricane Bay even if you're not going to the water slides. My favorite waterslide was the Watercoaster and favorite coaster was the Storm Chaser. We had two burger, fries and drinks at Swampwater Jack's that were ok ($30 total). If you think you'll come a few times, then get a season pass and you get discounts at concessions.

We came from ohio for a little vacation. The park was a lot of fun! A lot bigger than expected. The water park was really cool and had lots of water slides. We live about an hour from cedar point so maybe that s why I didn t like the amusement park that much. There s not a lot of roller coasters and their not even big. Their fun but there s not big drops or anything. Other than that it was a lot of fun! I definitely recommend getting the package with the free drinks. We came for two days and got about 6-10 drinks each day so it was definitely worth it. The coasters are also really jerky and gave us all headaches. There s only 4 coasters and only 2 of them are actually worth riding.

No new rides no new food but of course the prices spike every year. I have been going here for years and I'm tired of the kingdom. Take that back the only new thing is the popsicle stand ! The pass prices have gone up but no new rides. It's boring now. New plans for my family this summer!

My family had a very good experience with the Public Safety at Kentucky Kingdom. My mother got sick while waiting in line and she needed medical attention. They came to get her and took very good care of her until she felt better.

The cutest little amusement park I have ever visited! And the ticket price was quite reasonable. I think it s best to go for the summer because the water park is open. If you go when the water park is closed... well there is only 6 rollercoasters I believe, so for me this is a summertime place to visit.

I would've had a better time had we not had to pay $10 per person in the car for one car which was ridiculous !!!! We had to pay that for two day . Which is crazy when you have to pay for admission for the entire car to enter the amusement park. They need to come up with a better idea for that . Otherwise we had a good time besides the food costing an ARM and a LEG with the food being ice cold terrible $9.00 for a iceburge hamburger not cool

Great place for family fun. Not ideal if you're a coaster enthusiast but the smaller coasters they do have are fun. The only thing holding it back from 5 stars Is the parks hours. Closes at 7 or 8 and they close the ride lines early! ruining my Neice's chance to ride a ride before closing. Improve the hours and closing procedures(to ensure you don't crush the dreams of kids trying to ride at the end of the night) and 5 stars it is

A fun little park. You definitely want to wear your swimsuit and have fun in the water park area, otherwise you might get bored pretty quickly. The Ferris wheel was pretty cool. Has a little boardwalk area with games, like most parks do. Has some kiddie rides and a few big rides. Regular priced tickets are way overpriced for this park, but that's probably just to get you to buy a season pass for like 10-15 bucks more. Our tickets were included with our conference registration at an event we attended at the KEC next door, otherwise we wouldn't have gone.

A bit expensive when you have a family with more than 1 child.

Revised: That's a GREAT price!!!! When I looked it up it had the $50 some odd dollar price a person. At 29.99 we will definitely be visiting again soon. Is this gate or online prices also?

The park is ok, rides are old that haven been there for since the 90s. Food service is horrible, unnecessary wait times just to get a fountain soda. Bag check is way overrated...I understand your no outside food and drinks policy and totally support it, but taking away my half empty bottled water upon entering the park is just wrong. After all let's not forget it summer time in Kentucky and temperatures are up. Just saying. Not allowing baby food is wrong on so many levels!!! You don't sell it so people have to bring it. You guys are trying way too hard to create a "perfect" park.

Really great experience. The park was extremely clean. The staff was so friendly. I'm used to amusement parks being run by grumpy teenagers. But everyone here was so nice and so friendly. We had to wear a mask to get through the gate but then as long as we were outside we didn't have to wear a mask. People generally kept their distance and respected one another's space. The lines were quite short and we were able to ride everything we wanted to.

Kind of like the old Americana, not as many roller coasters, but great for younger kids and people who don't enjoy roller coasters. The Storm Chaser was intense, and so was the Free Fall! Loved it! Sad I missed out on the tin lizzies (antique cars), but the water park was awesome too! The food was great, I think it's better than King's Islands and it's affordable and I liked that their was more of a variety of family-friendly rides and nothing too extreme. I missed the seal show too. I plan on coming back!

Lots of fun rides for kids of all ages! There were plenty of staff and they were all very friendly! Not everything was open because of Covid 19. Staff wore masks and stickers to keep people 6 feet apart were on all the ride queues

Could be really nice. However no one is following the 6 feet rule. Bathrooms are gross. Went to the one right after it opened and it was trashed. Employee stated they didn't get to that one before they opened. Clear they are not taking the pandemic seriously. I regret being talked into going.
