I went to the park for a food festival. Disorganized event. Vendor all over the place. Parking is over priced.
The park is clean. My kids enjoyed the children area of the park. The funnel cake was awesome, however the food at the Johnny Rocket's in the kids area wasn't so great.
My favorite amusement park! Amazing rides and coasters with a very fun atmosphere!
Overcrowded. Employees not trained properly at som of the food places
It's fun and the food is decent but it needs to be cleaned more often
Six Flags America
This was a nice trip to end our annual summer outing at Six Flags Amusement Park. The youth really seemed to enjoy themselves with the different rides and games. This is a small amusement park which was great because we had such a large group. We had a nice time.
Half the rides were shut down but the rides that were operational were also malfunctioning. Not much to do at an amusement park. Seeing as how I can walk a mall and eat, it felt like a total waste of time driving all the way there.
I had a great time when I went there! The roller coasters were AMAZING and the food was pretty good!
Ay a lot of fun, the children are happy, and the best thing is that we have a great time with the family
Great Memorial Day Membership family prices. And We had a great time as a family at Hurricane Island.
Had a great time at Six Flags America for Holiday in the park. It is a nice time with many rides open and holiday lights. I highly recommend this for future years. Six Flags is fun at many times during the year
I went couple of time there with my family.A good place to spend a day.Good rides for kids and adults.
Food service is really slow but overall the park is clean, well managed, and a lot of fun. If you buy season tickets for the next year, be sure they give you the correct free-refill cups that are good for the upcoming year!
This 6 flags isn't what it used to be years ago.. first time going back in about 7 years and I remembered why I stopped going.
Nice park, a little crowded during weekends but family friendly
We are going on 6 years straight pass holders and we love it and now holiday in the park what took them so long cant wait for the 2017 season awsome park specially the water park great escape from the sun love this park of course youre gonna have days where it might not be a 5 star experience all theme parks are like that but you dont get that here to much
It's a great rollercoaster but the virtual reality needs work. It was glitchy & my eye were stuck on a frozen screen as i rode around not seeing my surroundings. Its unenjoyable & takes forever.
The water park was fun. The only issue I have is that Six Flags does not allow you to bring food and beverages into the park. Keeping that in mind, you already have a captive audience why do you feel the need to charge so much money for the food and beverages. For example a slice of pizza was $10. A full Pizza pie was $30. A large Coke is $7. A small child's dots bowl what's $7. If you decide to buy there free refill cups they range from 15 to $25. It just seems to be exorbitant.
How can you have a bunch of water rides you don't get wet on? The atmosphere of this place was incredible when I came 20 years ago. I miss the wild west show and the batman show. Now the batmobile is on display with a flat tire.
Bad service and I think they need to renew their rides for those who are locals or for those who've already been before
In the park today it was real fun but the only thing was that my brother did not want to come
Great for families. If you live in the area a season pass is definitely worth it. During sales the season pass is cheaper or on par to one day tickets.
A lovely place for intertainment! It's nice and clean. Staff very helpful and polite.
I liked the rides and there's a place for everyone but the amount of lines is long but managable. Also near the picnic area Lots of bugs and flies. Would go again
Great rides, and a lot of varieties! Even if you are scared of roller coaster I would still recommend!
It was super fun! the rides where amazing! The superman was my favorite! The food there is delicious and the hurricane harbor is cooling and relaxing .
Decent Prices And Decent Food. Me And My Family Get Season Gold Passes So We Can Come Multiple Times (Mostly For The Water Park)
I have a season pass and the meal pass because i got out there a lot the park is beautiful and is real clean i have one problem at meal times the food courts lines are to long and people have to wait for ever to get a meal what i see is the cooks need to time them self and start having food ready at the meal times to keep up with the orders people have paid for this pass and they don't got the meal they have paid for because of the lines and some of the young ones need to be better trained and supervise when it comes to food cooking and safe handling i know this is some of them working for the first time but the public service is important it keeps them coming back for more like me i love that park,
So far the worst six flags I ever been. Customer service it's HORRIBLE specially on getting food. They should close it and make a new one and hire new personal.
Roller coasters were great and they were ALL working; except the new FIREBIRD. It will open in May 2019!
I m being generous. Long lines for both food and rides, systematically close each of the pools for hours at a time when temperatures are near 100 degrees, no cups or drinking water, no spoons for eating cup or bowl of ice cream, no cooling stations. Security guards will not even let you bring in mints, fruit chews even if you are diabetic.
Great park, customer service sucks but it's run by teenagers on summer jobs, so what can you do, shrug
This is where I take my 5 year old to play and he knows exactly what he likes to see and ride
BEST DAY TO GO TO THIS PARK IS DAY BEFORE 4th of July!!!! The park was practically empty!! We road several rides multiple times! We didn t even have to get off the ride and kept riding! We did the Superman ride 5 times! Best ride in the park!! The water park got packed at some point, but the coasters no line!! Great time! To get your moneys worth by the meal plan!! $34 you get 2 meals, and a snack, and unlimited drink refills!!! It pays for itself instantly after the first meal! The cups with unlimited refills are $20 bucks alone! So doing the meal plan you are getting at least 1 free meal and snack! It s not posted a lot in the park and I know it s because saving you money and they aren t making money on you not out right purchasing 2 additional meals
Wasn t as fun as I expected. Staff wasn t very helpful.
As a local amusement park, I have had great memories here. This experience however was not one of them. Perhaps it was due to being the first weekend of the season, but the lines were terribly long to get into the park. There was little separation between the ticket sales line and the entrance lines. While staff tried to maintain a safe and orderly process, it seemed a lack of staffing across each entrance area made that difficult. The food lines were long, often to find the items were sold out and/or not available. There seemed to be a bundle for everything imaginable however for the cost of these items, and overall admission, I would like to see Six Flags work out more of the challenges or it will be a long summer...
Monty payment for Membership is totally an scam, after you request cancellation they charge you for 2 more months. It is ridiculous. DO NOT DO THAT.
Great place to have a great day out with the family and or friends ..., A nice clean park is also a plus too
We had great time at Six Flags celebrating my graddaughters 6th birthday!
Kids can play all day once they are inside the park
love this place and the social distancing and cleaning that they're doing is wonderful
The park shouldn't open when most of the thrill rides are closed. Very disappointing visit.
I've been going to this Six Flags ever since I could remember, and honestly, I love it! They have good rides, good staff, and they have overall good food as well, and it's very easy to find your way around the park, without getting lost very easily. I would of given it five stars, but the food is wayyyy to overpriced, and sometimes it takes a while for them to start up the rides. Other then that, I 100% reccomend you all to check it out!
Great family theme park with rides for all ages, toddlers to thrill seekers. Also has a great water park that is included in daily admission or season pass.
A diverse selection of rides and entertainment. If you buy four tickets at a time, there is a substantial discount. I recommend the season pass with parking and meals.
Giving one star for the staff we encountered, they were good BUT we were there this past saturday and it was SUPER crowded!! I did not feel like any major efforts were taken to make people feel it was COVID safe to be there. We thought the reservations were to limit the guests but when we got there the line was insanely long just to go in. We didnt even get on any adult rides because the lines were insane...no social distancing at all! We mostly stayed in the kiddie areas which were not as crowded and then left. I would not recommend you go here if you are hoping to see low crowd turn outs. Just so everyone can get an idea...it was so packed the over flow parking was more than half full.
Great rides and beautiful lights for Christmas. Loved the Baby Jesus show. Singers were amazing
Place needs to be renovated. Looks super run down. I'd buy tickets early so you don't have to pay the full price at the gate and wouldn't waste the money on a fast pass for here. Most of the rides were closed while we were there anyway. Bring your own food since you can re-enter because it's overpriced just like all theme parks. Biggest plus was we were able get on the big rides multi times since it was "off peak".
I came here with my husband and two kids, the only good thing I can say about this park is that there were no lines to wait for the rides. This place is extremely dirty: bathrooms ,floors, restaurants, ice cream shop..they all had crumbs, napkins, and food all over the floor and none of the employees even bother to clean it up. The employees were all one race which made it seem like a discriminatory industry. The employees had "I hate my job" attitude every place I went.. no customer experience at all. They ran out of lids for your cups and cotton candy for two days??? Two days? Really? And no one bother to replace them?.. not to mention no one wore head nets when they cooked your meal, weave everywhere. And they would talk and laugh over your food, taking there sweet time. Such a great place with potential and this is how the customer experience is??? Just awful, need to do better way better. Come to Florida to see how an amusement park should be like!
No Grass in parking lot trying to get out of parking lot is insane, will not be going to that Great Adventure again.
Decent rides, if they're actually running. Most staff have attitudes. Basically a ghetto atmosphere.
My kids and I all have Platinum Memberships to Six Flags America and visit as frequently as possible, it never disappoints! The rides are fantastic with my personal favorites being the Batwing and both wooden rollercoasters, Roar and The Wild One. I would urge anyone to take advantage of the benefits of a membership as well as the Food and Snack passes, the perks are AMAZING and well worth it! The park is always clean, food is fantastic, and there's always something special going on for every holiday you don't want to miss!
The people that work for six flags are disrespectful and do not have know costumer service
Today is 9/28/2014. I was supposed to go to 6 flags yesterday and i'm grateful I didn't. My mom came running through my bedroom door to see if i was still here. I live 5-10 minutes away from 6 flags and i heard sirens all through the night. Now i had heard from school that there were gonna be fights, and i didn't believe it was gonna go down in a national park but a shoot out happened. Never going there. I'll stick to my good ole fashion Kings Dominion
Not a huge park in comparison to six flags magic mountain, but the lines were a lot shorter (maximum of 5 minutes). I went on a Saturday in the fall so I'm sure it's different over summer.
Also, the food court almost got my order wrong. I had to keep correcting them to give me alftedo and they wanted to give me marinara.
Its a Fun place to take your family. They had Awesome rides. Good food! They even have clean bathrooms and Awesome Gift Shops.
tbh I would have give this six flag only 2 star but one of the stuff win my heart. In Shipwreck there is a stuff called olivie or oliver idk and he was the only friendly stuff I meet in the hole park, he give everyone hive five with a big smile and that made my day little batter. other stuff don't care about you but he did a good job
