It was super fun although the food sucks and is overpriced, definitely not worth eating there.

There were so many people. Long lines for the rides that took us sometimes more than 30 minutes!!! To buy a slice of cheese pizza you need to wait 40 minutes and pay $11 !!! Huge disappointment

I won 2 tickets to Six Flags America, so I was really happy I did not pay for these tickets. I had been here years ago, and I was hoping it had improved, but it hasn't. It's gotten worse. First, the employees working the various rides were incredibly slow. They stood around talking to each other instead of paying attention to the lines forming in front of them. Second, the locker system broke down, and no one could get anything out of their lockers. Fortunately, we had gotten our bag out, but had to leave prizes won on one of the games. Third, employees working in the gift shops didn't pay any attention to me, the customer. I did not even get a thank you, so I responded with, "You're welcome, " and was still ignored. Lastly, the majority of the people attending were incredibly rude!!! I've been to other Six Flags and had a much better experience!! I will not come back!!!

There was one rollercoaster that I loved . Otherwise I was not impressed with the rides. Ice cream machine was broken...

Over crowded, Staff are rude, bathrooms are not kept clean or stocked. We have been going to this Six flags for 9 years, but I have to say this will be our last year. This place just keeps going down hill every year.

Everyone who works at six flags doesn't know how to do their jobs and have no type of motive to work. Plus everything is over priced!

I hate this park. Has to be the worst one in the country. The bathrooms are nasty. Unclean. Smell awful, like feces and urine. Also the women's bathroom are out of sanitary products.

Very good park, dense, so easier to get on rides. Basically the rides are closer to each other (compare to other six flags). We went there today, Sunday. Because it was a bit hotter today, the actual amusement park's lines on rides were short, but any rides that included water had longer lines.
Ride of steel was amazing! My favorite.
The Hurricane Harbor was a bit chaotic, but what do you expect on a busy day?
If you're thinking on spending more than an hour at the harbor it is a good idea to rent a single or double tube, this way you can skip lines for tubes on the lazy river and you can hang in the wave pool. However, the water slides that require tubes I think require you to use the tubes specific to the rides.

Better than half the park was closed down. Hassle to activate season passes. Big crowd, one window open. Waited over an hour and a half to get waited on and had passes already.

I was a regular at this park during middle school and was even an employee in high school. The park is pretty decent for children and teens. However, I no longer find it fun as an adult. They are trying by changing things here and there each season. Now, I mainly just go to supervise my nieces and nephews.

My team had an off-site here and I enjoyed my time! I notice that a lot of the less-than-stellar reviews were for public races so I can't speak to that.

I question the SAFETY here (explained further below). I have been to over 2 dozen parks in the U.S. and I'll have to say this one was the worst experience. Line jumping all over the place and the ride attendants do nothing about it. The ride attendants seem to not care about their jobs and are very SLOW and do not seem to care about SAFETY. I saw an attendant on Batwing check a rider whose legs were on the outside of the restraint and did nothing to correct the issue. A person brought this to the attendant's attention and the attendant seemed upset by that. If this rider had been left to ride with their legs outside the restraint an injury surely was bound to happen.

Food is expensive. If you stay until the park close, park to the left near the exit.

Some good rides but horribly dirty. Lots of teens running the place. Food vendors are ridiculously expensive.

Now I m going tomrrow with my dad and YES IM 11. We are gonna get on all rides. I been here a couple times my experience is pretty nice. Staff Was Nice. Though we did had to wait in lines it was FUN. I know I m gonna have a great time

Not crazy about how its laid out, but I like the themes and rides alright. Much cleaner than I expected! Customer service is pretty bad; the staff are polite and friendly but need more training. All of the above applies to the beginning of the season though (May).

Rides are good. Lunch is great for its price if you have a season pass. The time it takes to enter is very long especially in a hot day. They need additional gait and staff in circumstances when guests number is big

That was quite hot but so many rides are open not too many water rides were available my cousin covid-19 just isn't it there this past Saturday all the water rides for open and of course I got burned.
But do go have fun enjoy yourself as a kid it's never too late

I had a great time, but there were some things that weren t great. The changing rooms near the water rides were dirty and smelled strongly. The rides didn t seem well maintained, and many were shut down. Many park attendants were rude or seemed annoyed. The park has great rides, and it was fun to spend a day there, but compared to other Six Flags parks, it wasn t very great.

It was random that a fight broke up close to it was time to close for the night

It's time for me to go to Six flags so I can really have some fun.

Lots and lots and lots of yellow jackets. Terrible food. Roller coasters are solid though, they are the whole reason to go.

I travel a lot and have been to many theme parks around the world and this one is good (not great).

The staff is hostile, and rude. This location messed up our meal plans for our kids( 10 of them) and found out after we went to New Jersey location. If this place burned to the ground I'd rejoice for now I'd have to go to New Jersey where at least people who work there actually help you and make sure you have a good time.

Superman & Batman rides are the highlights of the park. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately the food & beverage services were not ready when the park opened.

We had so much fun. The rides were amazing and terrifying all at the same time. I had a great time with my husband. It felt like we were kids again. Would love to go back!!!

It has some nice rides, but it's a small park and you could knock it out in a day. The staff is grumpy and everything is so slow that it's more efficient to leave the park and get food than to stay and wait on food.

I always look at detail and I really feel like this park has completely given up on that and it ruins the experience for someone. It s a lot of small things I see that the park doesn t do. A lot of the rides are rusting no fresh coat of paint. The penguin ride shouldn t have even been open it had a lot of defects and wasn t safe at all. But my main issues almost rides had their own theme music none of the rides had that except Wonder Woman. String lights and light bulbs out on the rides, fresh paint would help the look of a lot of rides. Employees eating and taking uniforms off at the rides.a lot of rides closed and a lot of gaming stands closed. From me being an former employee years ago to now being a guest I expect more and I know they can do better but I feel they choose not to do that.

This is a fun but pretty small amusement park. There were quite a few rides that weren't working properly. One rollercoaster got stuck on the first hill a couple of times. I stayed clear of that one. Overall I had a great time but unless I am in that area, I won't drive the distance to come back. There aren't many food venues available and the place wasn't very busy but long lines everywhere. Some employees seemed like they'd rather be somewhere besides there but oh well.

The Holiday in the Park is wonderful. They have great shows, nice fires for smores, and great staff.

First time that i ever went to six flags was horrible and the whole time im thinking i actually bought season tickets for this. Victor the staff was rude to my children when they went to the wave pool thetly asked the life guards a question only to be ignored. When my girlfriend saw this she also asked the same question she was ignored...we decided to leave the water park area and go ride rides...we got on the rapids ride only to have them start the ride before everyone was seated...and on the way off they didnt stop it either it was like you had to rush...now wonder you read about so many accidents...then towards park closing my son goes to refill his soda cup that we purchased to stand in line and when he gets there they tell him theyre closed and snatch his cup but refill it. I go to customer relations and let them know. They said id be getting a call...waited on that one didnt recieve. It wasnt until the second visit where we had rude staff approach us with similar attitudes as the first visit...i go to customer relations again where i am told they will call...i actually got a call almost a month later. While i was driving down the road talking to the person from customer relations say they were calling about my experience i said that was ridiculous almost a month to respond they told me at least we called you. Going back and forth on the phone they eventually hung up on me because they said i was yelling in which i wasnt i was on my phones bluetooth through my vehicle. I tried to get a hold of corporate but still havent recieved no call even though ive tried several times several messages and its been almost a month again. I have gone 2 times to this establishment and really dont plan on returning was trying to give them a chance but next year im telling fanily and friends who purchased tickets to go elsewhere.

I brought three girls with me to Six Flags today everything was good the fast-food area was a little slow and some of the attendants were engaged in conversation and was very rude also on the Shipwreck that was a young lady that was very rude to the customers as they had issues with the boat we pay a lot of money for our seasons passes and I feel as though we should have all the food to get on a discount or free the seasons passes needs to be clarified because I had a different understanding I wind up still paying for drinks and they are very expensive, I frequently visit this location and would like to see a change as far as the food on the seasons passes

Pretty good. Rides were fun. Staff a bit bored teenager type but some had a sense of humor. Rollercoasters were great! Food overpriced and I wasn't happy that they wouldn't even let you bring in water. Tip: bring in empty water bottles and fill them up because even a soda from the vending machine costs $4.50!

The wait was extremely long. The sit belt is very short. I weight 205 but I have never had any trouble fitting in any roller coaster (and I have been to A LOT of them), and they don't have extensions. Had to squeeze myself in there but the seat actually was very painful. The worst part, the headset didn't worked properly. Very disappointed...

To many fights. The groups were not wearing mask. Not enough police to deal with the trouble making groups. The was truly not a family experience and I will not be renewing our membership and would recommend anyone else too.

Decent selection for rides. If you get a season pass and meal plan it is more worth the money. With everyone concerned with germs now, the park is doing a good job sanitizing and has hand sanitizer throughout the park.

The water side more fun cause you dont have no one harassing you about wearing a mask

I have never had a more unpleasant experience at six flags park than what I experienced today. All the employees are completely lazy and inattentive, many rollercoasters and top attractions were "closed" while four park team members stood in front. Meanwhile,at the quick service food stands employees were literally texting while taking orders. The cashier even responded to a call while helping the person in front of us.

My boyfriend purchased a ticket to the park but when he wanted to UPGRADE it to a season pass (which literally every Six Flags and other amusement parks allow) the Guest Service Team Member refused and said that they dont do refunds. That fiasco lasted near 45 minutes until a manger overruled it.

Even the ride attendants were lazy and overworked, it seemed like there was no ride rotation system since the safety checks before launching a drop ride nearly deployed a child that was freaking out since his buckle wasn't on.

There was even abandoned areas and buildings of the park that any guest can walk right over and see into its mess. Overall, an incredibly unpleasant experience spend your money somewhere that prioritizes guest service and safety.

Nice place, but it is mainly roller coasters but at the same time its an amuzement park so...

I have been coming here for decades. It still is a good experience. Save up and enjoy some time here with family (it's not cheap).

We came from out of town to visit six flags America. There are a lot of cool roller coasters. Some of them are a little outdated and some new... There were a few roller coasters that gave us headaches...like the mind eraser, go figure with a name like that LOL. The superman was by far one of my top favorite roller coasters. If you ride the superman make sure you sit in the front row it is totally worth it. The Batwing is a very neat experience as well. The park has an awesome water park connected to it that is open. It was very crowded in the water park and majority of people were not wearing masks which made us a little nervous so we didn t do any of the water slides. The wait for the roller coasters wasn t long at all. Most of the coasters we were on within 15 minutes. There was not much social distancing in the lines for the roller coasters either. Overall it was a fun and adventurous day!

There are different rides than we have seen at other parks. The park was clean.

Nice place, however it is not okay to not list maximum heights online. We chose this place because of no rides with maximum heights and when we arrived there were six rides that my boyfriend was not allowed on.

Most of the coasters only had 1 of 2 trains running. It was an avg of a 2 hour wait for each ride.

This has to be the most ghetto themepark of all time. And the food is too expensive.
