I have never had a more unpleasant experience at six flags park than what I experienced today. All the employees are completely lazy and inattentive, many rollercoasters and top attractions were "closed" while four park team members stood in front. Meanwhile,at the quick service food stands employees were literally texting while taking orders. The cashier even responded to a call while helping the person in front of us.

My boyfriend purchased a ticket to the park but when he wanted to UPGRADE it to a season pass (which literally every Six Flags and other amusement parks allow) the Guest Service Team Member refused and said that they dont do refunds. That fiasco lasted near 45 minutes until a manger overruled it.

Even the ride attendants were lazy and overworked, it seemed like there was no ride rotation system since the safety checks before launching a drop ride nearly deployed a child that was freaking out since his buckle wasn't on.

There was even abandoned areas and buildings of the park that any guest can walk right over and see into its mess. Overall, an incredibly unpleasant experience spend your money somewhere that prioritizes guest service and safety.
